for people hating on the lack of Noah in V.A.N and having poppy singing, this is a very important interview clip from The State of The Scene!

Noah has wanted female singers to perform his ideas and concepts! I’m sure we may get even more female collabs and I’m so excited to see where his ideas go <3

In my opinion, for the goal of V.A.N, poppy was an amazing choice- she has the perfect aesthetic for rogue A.I!

Okay here’s my whole opinion on the “Where’s Noah In VAN??” Thing. Bad Omens isn’t JUST Noah. Bad Omens is all the guys. It’s very much still a Bad Omens song even if Noah isn’t front and center on it.

I also think we need to remember that Noah isn’t just a singer/frontman, he’s a producer, he plays instruments, he’s (most likely) the true mastermind behind how this song was arranged, recorded, all of it. Noah is all over this song.

LASTLY since they’re following the comics, it kinda makes sense to have Poppy be front and center for the vocals, since the song is centered around a rogue A.I, and they chose her to be the voice for said rogue A.I, and i think she kills it, her vocals are robotic and unsettling, which has always been her whole vibe, all the way back to the Poppy youtube channel days.

Everyone has rights tot heir own opinions honestly, i think we should just try to look past the fact that Noah isn’t front and center and remember he’s in the back pulling all the strings for this album and he’s going to be all over this album regardless of wether or not he does vocals on every single song

I know everyone is excited for V.A.N live to hear the bark. But me, personally, I think I’d rather hear Noah’s’ “wahoo’ in his Mario voice.
