#last night’s vtm session was a fucking rollercoaster #i can’t stop thinking about it #we started with a tattooing session andit was absolutely cute because the npc was a sweetheart and my character got a tattoo #a little line art #based on her pet rats #and then shit hit the fucking fan #we owed an npc and she asked us to investigate why her runner guy haven’t got back yet #he was supposed to get back with the fugitives hours before #and shit really hit the fan when we got to the meeting point #the guy was dead #the fugitives too #they were fucking massacred #and the runner guy was burned to final death #and my character saw them die in a vision #and the vision was like a fucking epilepsy attack #because i had to roll a rouse check and it was a fail #which meant that cassandra (my character) was bleeding from her hand and feet and forehead because she’s a fucking stigmata #and then the other roll was a messy critical #she saw the whole thing in all red #and then one of the hunters who killed the three of them throw a fucking molotov cocktail on us #one of us almost died #we fought him and i drained him so he died #my humanity level haven’t changed but the thought that cass killed a guy was there #and then the secret kindred radio announced simon’s death because he was also a malkavian the host played a song for his sister #cry little sister by chvrches #i cried and i’m still thinking about it and crying a little because it really fucked me up #vampire the masquerade #vtm #san antonio by night #i am not okay

TK Strand is a freshly heartbroken art history student who's been given the opportunity of a lifetime; studying art in the heart of it all, Paris, France. However, he thinks it's a cruel taunt from the universe. He's studying what he loves so much in the city of love but is stuck thinking there's no one out there who loves him. Carlos Reyes is a career driven culinary student studying at Le Cordon Bleu. He has hard time maintaining relationships, an even harder time of detaching himself from his work and and has an awful habit of doubting everything about himself. After a night out that they end up sharing with each other; they agree to keep any and all things casual. Well, like most things, that's easier said than done.

Oh gosh this story; one that will probably always be one of my favorites.

It's true to my style, absolutely just flooded with original characters and let me dig into a bit of world building that I haven't done very often. It's also one of the stories of mine that has both a cast list and a playlist.

I can't begin to express how heartwarming the reaction has been to this little piece of my heart. It's given me the chance to write a fully fleshed out love story and look at our two favorite boys through a different lens of love.

If you've given this a read, I can't thank you enough. If you haven't yet, but plan to, I still can't thank you enough. I hope it's lived up to all the little snippets I've been posting the last few months hahah

just got a biopsy to see if my [checks notes] 15-week period is because of cancer. however then my friends drove me to get chocolate and the new martha wells novel so, you know, there are pros and cons here.

#the epic highs and lows of having a uterus #highs: people buy you chocolate!! #lows: all the other stuff :( #anyway i am. a lil stressed out lol #also pretty lightheaded! i'm not really even sure why because ok so yeah i was already anemic from the 15 weeks of bleeding #plus i was anemic before that also #plus there was a lot of blood during the biopsy. but i feel like that blood was just the stuff in my uterus that'd be coming out anyway #as opposed to new blood from within my veins or something #and i'm still sick lolllll #so it's a fun time. BUT! martha wells novel! and i lent all systems red to a friend who will hopefully become obsessed with murderbot #and talk to me about it constantly! (<-my endgame at all times) #it's so funny every time i've been to the doctor they're like 'date of your last period?' and i'm like april 9th. and it is ongoing. #and then we just 😬 at each other #anyway cross your fingers for me. apparently if the biopsy comes back negative they don't have other ideas for what could be going on #not sure how to feel about that. obviously i don't want to have cancer but it's very stressful not knowing what is going on #do i just bleed forever indefinitely??? i'll be real with you lads that doesn't seem great :/ #she was like next step would be to put in a hormonal iud and i was like that is absolutely not an option that i will consider #i would sooner get a hysterectomy #so idk maybe i will get a hysterectomy! biopsy results in a week. okay. ending the tags now #if anybody wants me to trigger tag for cancer mentions let me know and i can definitely do that going forward <3

i've been focusing most of my attention on a "traditional" story that i hope i will be able to publish one day - you can follow my progress on my other blog @bury-the-butterflies.

however i've finally added like a third of chapter four to twine, and now i just need to sort out pronoun coding and we're away laughing
