Finished this wine cork wreath. I've made an origami wreath in the past, many years ago. But this is my first attempt recently and with these materials. In making this, I've realized I can't make bows for shit, so making every section separately is the only way to make it look somewhat decent. I was afraid my too much gene would kick in and I would ruin it, so calling it quits here. This will be a holiday gift for my mom, a person without a too much gene.

Nút bần phổ biến ở rượu vang thế giới cũ như Pháp, Ý, Tây Ban Nha… còn nắp vặn phổ biến hơn với rượu vang thế giới mới điển hình như rượu vang Úc.

NÚT BẦN MANG LẠI NÉT CỔ ĐIỂN VÀ TRUYỀN THỐNG

Nút bần mang lại một cảm giác cổ điển cho chai vang. Ngoài ra, nút bần còn khiến không khí có thể lưu thông giúp một số loại rượu vang có thể tiếp tục trưởng thành trong chai. Tuy nhiên, đổi lại thì nút bần khá đắt đỏ và chất lượng có thể không đồng đều và việc bảo quản cũng trở nên khó hơn. Trong trường hợp để lâu, nút bần có thể bị co lại và làm hư cả chai rượu vang.

Nắp vặn thì mang đến sự tiện lợi hơn, bạn không cần đồ khui hay dụng cụ nào vẫn có thể khui một chai rượu vang cực kỳ dễ dàng. Nắp vặn cũng ngăn không cho không khí lưu thông, giúp bảo quản hương vị nguyên bản của chai vang qua năm tháng, điều này là cực kỳ tốt với những chai rượu vang thiên về mùi vị tự nhiên, tươi mới – điển hình là các chai vang trắng. Về chi phí thì nắp vặn rẻ hơn nút bần và chất lượng nắp cũng đồng đều hơn, tuy nhiên đây vẫn là điều mới mẻ với người uống vang tại Việt Nam, nên cũng còn chưa nhiều người chấp nhận. Các quốc gia hay sử dụng loại nắp này phải kể đến như rượu vang Úc, Newzeland hay các quốc gia new world wine khác.

Như vậy, không có chuyện sử dụng nút bần thì sẽ tốt hơn việc sử dụng nút bần hay nắp vặn sẽ tùy thuộc vào tính chất của chai rượu vang và mục đích mà nhà sản xuất muốn hướng tới, và không thể đánh giá chất lượng của chai rượu vang dựa trên loại nút sử dụng được. Tuy nhiên, có một sự thật là nắp vặn hiện nay đang dần trở lên phổ biến hơn và dễ được các bạn trẻ yêu thích hơn vì sự tiện lợi của nó, thậm chí, một vài nhà rượu tại Pháp cũng đã bắt đầu thử nghiệm với loại nắp này.

My third holiday (Christmas by the bow I've still yet to make; a sample of the ribbon in the center) wreath almost finished. The colors are brighter in person. I had a larger wire base to work with and wrapped the base with green and some silver tinsel.
