Masterlist

CRUSH PHASE

-He had met you while he was on tour. There was probably someone with him, let's say Taki.

-He would constantly stare at you until his young friend would encourage him to ask you for your number.

-And so he did.

-Now, he was a bit scared you would reject him but you did give him your number after he had stuttered out the question.

-You were talking for hours on the phone, constantly sending each other funny tiktoks or memes or weird stuff.

-Until Nicholas started to feel like you were a bit more than a friend he had met on tour.

-You decided to meet up as you don't live too far away from one another and BOOM first kiss + confession all at once.

-You obviously feel the same for him as he feels for you so, congrats, now you're dating!

DATING PHASE

-Let me tell you, not much changes when you shift from a friendship to a relationship. Nicholas still sends weird memes and tiktoks at 3 AM...

-Only every now and then he sends a cute one for girlfriends or something.

-He would definitely send a picture of two cute animals and type 'us'

-Makes the cheesiest playlist and sends it to you.

-Not only that but he also expects you to listen to it at least once a week.

-A relationship with him is chaotic but in a good way.

-Wants to recreate funny or cute tiktoks with you.

-Teaches you some dances which you can do together.

-Has a picture he secretly snapped of you on one of your dates as his lockscreen and is not afraid to show it off proudly.

-He might like indoor dates more. Just you and him cuddled up on the couch or in bed with pizza and a movie.

-The two of you listen to Taylor Swift and scream along with the lyrics.

-Everytime you come home from work he would ask you about it.

-If you talk with a friend on the phone and it sounds like tea... Nicholas is right next to you reacting exactly like you even if he can't hear your friend.

-He's just a sucker for tea.

-Can't leave you without a kiss. He'd be sulky all day if he doesn't get his goodbye kiss.

-Also sends good morning and good night texts... he never even missed a day. He's very consistent.

-Wakes you up with tickles and laughs when you push him out of bed.

-The kind of boyfriend who would laugh his ass off first before helping you after you fell.

-Unless you seriously hurt yourself...

-Then he's nurse Nico for you.

-Just like K, he's protective but not over protective.

-Though if you wear something revealing, he will have the entire 'talk' with you where he tells you that that view is just for him and only him.

-But when you put up enough of a fight, he will let you go out like that.

-Hear me out... MATCHING PAJAMAS!

-He probs found them on a weird website and decided to order some, you always wear them.

-He gets sulky when you don't.

-Loves, loves, loves to tease you.

-In a playful kinda way ofc.

-He is both your boyfriend and best friend.

-You would be out on a date in the mall, sitting on a bench and eating ice-cream while judging strangers together.

-How cute.

-He's a bit clueless at times but he tries.

-Your fights usually consist of Nicholas being a menace and you being fed up with his antics.

-But you always work it out because... ahem... COMMUNICATION.

-He loves you so much but wouldn't admit it before you do.

-Once you say ily, he's all over you.

-Showing together is a must. Not even in a sexual way.

-He just wants to wash your hair for you.

-And he totally expects you to do the same. Hehe.

-We all love Nicholas. :)

Thank you as usual for requesting KuuJyu!!I t’s a little shorter compared to what I usually write, but my head is trying to explode, it seems. Since I’m writing this in the middle of the night, I thought D.L.N. by The Gazette would be a fitting song. I hope you will like it!

The voices coming from a group of people caught Kuko’s attention as he was approaching the building. He recognized the leather pants and colorful hair of Jyushi’s teammates, who greeted him with small bows when they saw him. Judging from the tired faces, their practice must have been exhausting.

“Be careful on the way home.” The young monk stated while they were walking home. He looked at them disappear in the autumnal fog before closing the door behind his back.

The third Division Rap Battle was approaching and Jyushi had suggested using the practice room of his band to train their rapping. Kuko had to admit that the idea had been great: the place was near Hitoya’s office and far from any of his father’s absurd requests. Plus, there were vending machines full of snacks in the hallway!

After stopping to buy his usual coke, he headed to the room number 19. The door wasn’t fully closed so he could already hear Jyushi’s familiar voice. It was normal for him to keep singing between ArgoξOrchestra and Bad Ass Temple’s practice sessions.

“Curtains are drawn over the moon, but the sun still shines on me…”

Kuko opened the door slowly and was met with the sight of his teammate sitting on one of the many amps in the room with his back to the entrance. Jyushi was so busy singing and humming something that he didn’t even notice him.

“Even if you awaken before the night has come to an end and there are no stars shining and the lights that painted the streets have gone out…”

If he had thought of interrupting him, Kuko changed idea in an instant. The lyrics of the unknown song were so bittersweet, yet Jyushi’s voice was extremely gentle and soft. As if he was singing a lullaby to himself. As if he was searching for some kind of peace. Kuko loved seeing him pull out all of his frustrations during rap battles, but he knew that that was the real Jyushi. The melancholic artist. The teen still full of hope and love.

“You should be glad when you see the face of the person you love and should protect them until the very end…”

The monk observed him as he took his phone from the nearby table to look at the lockscreen. The device showed a selfie the Nagoya Division had taken during their last trip to Tokyo.

“...just getting to see them should be more than enough…“ Even if Jyushi was still facing away, his voice told Kuko that he was smiling.

After that, the young man stopped singing and yawned. He fumbled with the phone before mumbling to himself. “Kuko-san and Hitoya-san are late today…”

“What are you talking about? I am never late!” Kuko suddenly spoke and Jyushi jumped up.

“K-K-K-Kuko-san! How long have you been here?!”

“Long enough.” was his simple reply as he went to sit down on another amp.

Jyushi sighed, lowering his head a little. “Why didn’t you tell me you were here?”

“You were singing and I love listening to you.” The honest answer made the other blush. “I wouldn’t have moved from the door if you hadn’t stopped.”

“Don’t be silly…”

“It’s true! I could listen to you for hours!”

“Hours? I don’t have all that free time.” Hitoya’s annoyed voice startled the couple.

“Hitoya-san!”

“It’s about time you showed up!”
