Anne Shirley Cuthbert is obviously a Pisces Sun with at least 2 other placements of Pisces and at least 3 placements of Aquarius. She has some Aries and/or Sagittarius somewhere.
.....🤷🏾‍♀️😌😌I said what I said and these words are facts.

TLDR: I'm so excited to see the new Catwoman movie "Catwoman: Hunted". However, you CANNOT convince me that the Catwoman--in this movie-- is anything but a Black Woman! I do not care that she is voiced by Elizabeth Gillies (I do love Elizabeth Gillies). I do not care that she was originally a white woman. This Catwoman-- THIS CATWOMAN is black and is added to my repertoire of "Evidence that Catwoman is a ✨Black Woman✨" lol.
#InsertingMyselfBcuzTheMediaDoesn'tDoItInItsTotality
Okay...so as everyone doesn't know-- Catwoman has always and will always be a Black Woman to me.
What can I say 🤷🏾‍♀️? The first Catwoman I got introduced to was Patience Phillips (Haley Bailey). Additionally, in the Extras feature on the DVD, they had a documentary about the history of Catwoman and literally all I got from it was "EARTHA KITT WAS CATWOMAN....there were some white women also as Catwoman here and there but EARTHA KITT! And her VOICE WAS PURRR-FECT!!" Mind you, I was like eleven-years old. So when I was in highschool it was a wild culture shock when I found out Catwoman was originally white. Anyway, I still loved Selina Kyle because she was everything I wanted to be: Cats, Cool, and a really good Thief.
Whenever I would see her in some animated movies or in some of her Catwoman-Focused Comics, she low-key looked like a black woman, a light skinned black woman, or a biracial black woman. (Shameless Insertification lol.)
This Catwoman is showing the same trend. I really think it's the full lips and dark skin. I say dark skin because this tone and white-people tan is not the same. Her nose is sharp and not a button shape but there are a lot of black people with sharp noses so it doesn't scream "This nose shape is a hint that this character is white", yk? Anyway, I wouldn't blame other races or ethnicities to also self insert due to Catwoman's ambiguity. I feel like we are all just trying to feel seen.
On the otherhand-- I did hear a really interring counter argument about why Catwoman may be problematic if she is a trans-racial character and becomes canonically black as well. It is because of her portraying many stereotypes that are associated with black woman and black people. Examples: the hypersexualization, her starting out as a poor prostitute (hypersexualization), a thief, etc.

And just to piggy back in on my last post..... literally young justice could have gone on forever if they played their cards right🤬. Like why so many freaking time skips and eff the fans that became all bitchy when they started focusing half of the attention on the younger/new young justice members. Now it feels like they went back to the original cast just to end the whole series 😔.

Does anybody else like the Luther and Allison ship in the Umbrella Academy (particularly the show)?
I do and here is my argument. I would, also, like to here your argument:
First, in the comics, they were able to explore their relationship and I want to see that exploration in the show. It doesn't matter if they get together or not. We got a glimpse in the first season and, I guess, a "falling out/realization of reality weird mixture" in the second season. Basically, I don't know if the show is going to continue trying to portray Luther and Allison trying to explore thier situation-ship but I hope they do.
Second, the aren't blood related. I personally think adopted siblings have the option to try a relationship if they have feelings for each other since it's not mixing of the same genes. I think incest is incest when the two are blood related. People sometimes argue that it's because they are raised together but there are alot of people who grew up together as friends and become a married couple. I've heard about a concept in psychology that says you usually fall for people because of the amount of exposure or something but don't quote me! I have to actually do some research on that.
.....so I cannot think of my third point and I'm going to blame it on me not being sober so yeah. I wanna hear your thoughts!!!

The build up of Elias and Amie’s potential relationship from Season 1 does matter and will play a role down the line of the series. I can tell you that the story of Amie and Elias is far from over. There’s a thought-out path for them down the line. Will use a Swedish saying: ‘Den som väntar på något gott, väntar aldrig för länge’ which means ”The one who waits for something good, does never wait for too long” – I have always rephrased it to say “The one who waits for something good, always wait for too long” and with that said, we have not seen the last of Amie and Elias. — Eagles creator & producer Stefan H. Lindén

You know, I think I would rather wait 4+ years, in between seasons, for an anime adaption that follows the source material then get alternative stories/endings and fillers (fillers can be okay sometimes 😏).

Love the show Close Enough. It's entertaining and has a shit ton of diversity......BUT the main character Emily Ramirez could have been Tanner. She's Mexican, right? I'm not saying that Mexicans can't be light skinned with light hair. I am saying, like our darker skinned black women, darker skinned Hispanic woman also do not get representation. Additionally, roles they can play are filled with their lighter counterparts. I would like to see a diversity in the color spectrum as well as in races and ethnicity.
Note: I understand they made it clear that she was Mexican no but she is SUPER white-passing. In the first episode I literally thought she was a white woman who was able to speak Spanish. Just because she bargained doesn't mean it's tell-tell sign. That habit can be learned.

On this day last year 23-year-old Korryn Gaines was killed by Baltimore County police and her 5-year-old son was shot in the limb.
She was wanted for a traffic violation, but apparently a SWAT team thought she was way too dangerous for them to try and arrest her without fatally shooting her.
I still think about Korryn a lot.

My brain has this funny habit where if someone, or a group of people that I am fond of, disagrees with me she shuts down. That person or people will be spitting thier facts and opinions left and right while I am stuck trying to find something to say. Not being to think of a single point to support my claim even though I have thought of many a million times before. As soon as the argument ends, I let the group banter onto the next topic of choice while I sit and ponder what went wrong as those points flood back into my thought process. Frustrated, I continue to sit in my mixture of silence and failure as I am trying to find the courage to muster up the bravery to bring the conversation back around so that I can finally speak my mind WITH my points.....I never do.
This is my weakness, but it's too long to put on a resumé.
