this is what ketosis looks like each week! here are my goals for today as well. I should have eaten more fiber. It’s normally a bit higher since I can eat more spinach than popeye ;) I love to stay hydrated but I’m still not getting as much water as I think I should be. how much water do you guys drink per day? any tips on how to up my fiber intake on days when it’s low?

day 41 of keto! I’m down 8lbs and feelin’ great. slowly fell into IF - 18/6 for the past week. however, I’m starting a fast for the next 24 hours - should be interesting...
cravings haven’t been too terrible and the intermittent fasting has overall helped with hunger. who woulda thought?
also, thinking about making fathead dough this week for pizza - any fellow ketoers have any tips?
