How important is teaching something to learning it? I finally understand the process I go through when I make a mistake. My default is to make others wrong! Below the line is wasted energy, no learning can happen when my emotions are reactive and I start blaming others. Then I Justify my behavior & continue making others wrong. Once I beat myself up & feel shame it is internal & I am closer to seeing my part, but still below the line. No learning can happen when I am in my emotional state below the line. Changing my questions moves me above the line "what is my part in this? or what can I learn from this?" When I shift my energy, seeing my part, learning about myself I am no longer Wasting energy.
