Old VR experience in which I scraped Instagram photos of the RISD museum's main gallery to texture its walls. When wearing the headset, the user can navigate the space and try and line up their perspective with the perspective of the Instagram user who took the photo. The project looked to engage with the communal (and now digital) ways we interact with the museum and the varying perspectives that engagement creates while also highlighting the areas visitors are most drawn to. To complete this project, I LiDAR scanned the room to create the geometry on which to add the photos. I worked in Blender and Unity.
