I’m trying to be on here often I really am but I can’t find help for medicine and food- I’m really close to just fucking jumping off the bridge in town- I can’t take this anymore

I have a surgery coming up on the 19th and I have no resources for afterwards- Nothing for pain killers or for safe to eat foods, I’m thinking of quitting the surgery just because of the damn stress right now-

Tea Time 1: For Those Who Care

I.. it’s about time I’ve been truthful with y’all. Well.. at least those who care. My mental health hasn’t been exactly the best lately and I fear I might be consumed by it, lost to the abyss. I’m hanging on by my fingertips, but my body is collapsing alongside my mind. My strength and happiness has been drained down to the last few drops, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to hang on let alone pull myself back up- It’s been a nightmare for me recently and thoughts of the worst kind keep nipping at me like wolves at my heels- I just… with all the struggles I’m going through lately… I have walls as thick as can be but unless it’s made of diamond, it’s gonna crush.. I fear it will all tumble down years ago like it did when I was on my previous account… I- I’m still picking up the pieces from ten years ago- How can someone who’s broken survive such trials?…
