After-Action Patch-Up starters
"Hold still, [name], this might sting a bit." "You're lucky it's just a few scratches. You need to be more careful!" "Don't be such a baby. It's just a flesh wound." "I can't believe you jumped into that fray without thinking! What were you trying to prove?" "Here, let me help. I've had my fair share of battle wounds." "Ouch! Warn me before you start cleaning those cuts." "You're a mess. How did you even get into this situation?" "I never thought I'd see you so vulnerable. It's strange." "Let's patch you up before anyone else sees you like this." "You really need to work on your combat skills. I can't keep playing nursemaid." "I've got the first aid kit. Sit down, and let me take care of those injuries." "You did well out there, but you're not invincible. Let me help." "I told you not to charge in without a plan. Now look at you." "It's nothing serious, just a few cuts and bruises. You'll be fine." "I can't believe you're complaining about a little pain. You should see what I've been through." "Hold on, I'll get the antiseptic. This might sting a bit." "You're surprisingly fragile for someone who fights so fiercely." "You really know how to ruin a perfectly good day, don't you?" "I never expected to see you in need of my care. Life is full of surprises." "I suppose I should thank you for saving me, even if it means playing nurse now."
[CLEANS] The sender takes a cotton swab and gently cleans the dirt and blood from the receiver's wounds. [BANDAGES] The sender carefully wraps a bandage around the receiver's forearm, securing it to protect the cuts. [SCOLDS] The sender scolds the receiver, shaking their head as they tend to the injuries. [REACTS] The receiver winces as the sender applies antiseptic to a particularly nasty cut on their cheek. [COMFORTS] The sender reassures the receiver, offering comfort while tending to the injuries. [DISINFECTS] The sender pours antiseptic on a wound, causing the receiver to inhale sharply at the stinging sensation. [INSPECTS] The sender inspects the wounds, noting any deeper cuts that might need more attention. [LECTURES] The sender lectures the receiver, advising them to think before acting to avoid future injuries. [SMILES] Despite scolding, the sender smiles reassuringly, trying to ease the tension in the room. [COMPLAINS] The receiver complains about the pain, prompting the sender to roll their eyes and continue their work. [WORRIES] The sender expresses worry, sharing their concern for the receiver's well-being. [TREATS] The sender skillfully treats each injury, showcasing their competence in basic first aid. [ADMONISHES] The sender admonishes the receiver, emphasizing the potential severity of the situation. [ASSESSES] The sender assesses the overall damage, silently noting the toll the fight took on the receiver. [DISAPPROVES] The sender expresses disapproval, stating that putting oneself in danger is not acceptable. [ASSURES] The sender assures the receiver, claiming that despite appearances, the injuries will heal quickly. [HESITATES] The receiver hesitates as the sender reaches for a needle and thread to stitch up a deeper cut. [SYMPATHIZES] The sender sympathizes with the receiver, acknowledging the pain while praising their efforts. [SCANS] The sender scans the receiver's body for any hidden injuries, ensuring nothing was overlooked. [GRATEFUL] The receiver expresses gratitude to the sender for taking care of them amid the discomfort.

Did he know neck kisses were her absolute weakness? If so, Alura would have to have a word with whoever spilled her secret because....because...
Her thoughts trailed off, body momentarily stiffening from the unexpected contact before she relaxed against Elijah's front, her head dipping onto her shoulder to allow him better access. "Nice to see you too..." Alura murmured with a small smile, followed by a shaky exhale as her eyes fluttered shut.
....Maybe she could let it go this time.
"I'd never ask you to stop." She grinned at him through the reflection of the window, one of her hands moving to lace fingers with the one Eli held against her chest.
[  WINDOW  ]:          while in a room with floor to ceiling windows, the sender and receiver proceed to have sex up against the window.
THERE ARE A LOT OF UPSIDES TO HAVING A PENTHOUSE APARTMENT. the amazing views, the way sunlight completely floods the place by day ( which also helps when it comes to his artistic creations ), and watching the city lights and occasionally starry skies by night. but there's also... this. eli had simply entered the room to find alura gazing out of the many floor-to-ceiling windows that make up one ENTIRE wall, looped his arms around her waist and kissed her neck in an unceremonious greeting.
Tumblr media
it was a simple gesture that serves as an accidental domino effect, with one kiss being followed by another, and another, until he's pretty much making out with column of her neck and sliding an exploratory hand up alura's shirt, entirely untroubled by where they're standing. on the contrary, this kind of thing is always EXCITING, and this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what elijah will do against a window. if she agrees, he'll demonstrate a few ideas.
" ...want me to keep going? "

Once she'd gotten the man safely into the passenger seat of her car, Alura rounded the front before getting in the driver's seat with a huff. She stared cautiously at her new companion, taking stock of the situation. The blonde couldn't afford to trust anyone out here— or anywhere, for that matter, but it seemed her heart always had a way of getting the best of her.
"...Are you okay?" She ventured after a moment, adjusting the heat a little higher in hopes of keeping the man from freezing to death. "My car's stuck in a snowbank, so we're not getting out of here any time soon, but it's a lot better than staying out there." Even if the cold didn't affect her, she knew what it could do to others.
Tumblr media
"Damnit, what the hell are you doing out here like this?!" Alura shouted over the wind whipping her hair into a frenzy. Snow was falling hard and fast, whiteout conditions obscuring the road entirely. Her breath never came in puffs of steam, nor did her pale skin turn rosy from the cold, despite it being well below zero in this Alaskan snowstorm.
"Come on, Jesus— you're gonna freeze to death if you don't get warm." She urged, allowing the stranger to lean on her for support as she led them towards the headlights of an SUV, wipers still working furiously to keep the snowfall at bay. The blonde might have been just as stuck as anyone else in the snowstorm, but at least her car was still running.

BLIZZARD PROMPTS.
it's november which means it's winter, so here u go! i wanted these to be kinda dramatic and intense, but i'll be making some cozier fluffier ones as time passes! DO NOT ADD OR EDIT THIS LIST! but always feel free to add [ REVERSE ] to one of the actions to reverse the roles!
[ RACE ]: sender sprints out into a blizzard to rescue a freezing and disorientated receiver.
[ BUNDLE ]: sender removes their coat to wrap it around a visibly shivering receiver.
[ WARM ]: sender vigorously rubs the receiver's arms in a bid to warm them up after being exposed to a winter storm outside.
[ SHELTER ]: sender hastily guides the receiver to a nearby shelter for them to wait out the storm together safely.
[ PREPARE ]: sender ties a length of rope around their waist and the receiver's waist in order to safely stay together as they prepare to go out into the storm.
[ BREATHE ]: sender takes the receiver's cold hands and begins to gently blow warm air over them in an effort to keep the receiver warm.
[ HOLD ]: sender takes the receiver's hands and holds them together in order to keep them warm during a cold spell.
[ EMBRACE ]: sender wraps their arms around the receiver and holds them close in an effort to conserve body heat during a snow storm.
[ AID ]: sender begins to either guide, drag, or physically carry a weakened receiver through a blizzard to safety.
[ CALL ]: having been separated from the receiver during a blizzard, the sender begins to call out their name in order to guide them back to each other and reunite safely.
[ PUSH ]: having just rescued the receiver from a blizzard, the sender insists on pushing the receiver closer to a fire to warm them up first.
[ POUR ]: sender pours the receiver a hot drink after finding shelter from a freezing snow-storm.
[ EXTRA ]: sender wraps an extra blanket around the shivering receiver after having been exposed to a blizzard outside.
[ SPARK ]: the sender builds a make-shift fire in a hurry in order to warm up a freezing receiver during a snow storm.
[ SHARE ]: the sender opens out their blanket to share it with the receiver during a snow storm, pulling them closer against them to share their body heat.
DIALOGUE PROMPTS.
" come on! we need to get you out of this cold! "
" follow my voice! keep calling my name, i can't see you in the storm! "
" oh, god, you're freezing... come on, put your arms around my neck. that's it, good job... let's get you inside. "
" i g-got lost... separated from my group... p-please, it's so cold, i'm so c-cold... "
" here, take my coat... you'll freeze to death in no time if you don't. "
" drink some tea, okay? warm yourself up from the inside. it's not my worst effort, but granted, it's not my best either. "
" hey, hey, stay with me! i know you're thinking you're tired, but you're not; you're freezing, and sleeping will not help keep you warm, okay? keep moving. come on, we're almost there... "
" you know how to light a fire without matches? all we have is a broken lighter and some sticks and stones. "
" don't be stubborn, okay? we need to share the bed, conserve our body heat. come on. if i wanted to seduce you, i've got better moves than hypothermia. "
" you didn't bring a jacket or anything?! i told you to wrap up warm, you dumbass! "
" don't be getting all mad at me, okay? i saw you in the middle of a blizzard, i ran out to rescue your idiotic butt. no time to figure out zips and buckles when i've got to be the local hero, right? "
" what the hell are you doing out here?! are you crazy?! it's negative fifty billion degrees and getting colder by the minute! come on, come with me! "
" i can't see a damn thing in this storm; keep holding on to me, okay? last thing we want is to get separated! "

"How many days has it been?"
"I've lost count of the days, honestly."

╰────────────────────────⋞╯
𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 !
