Well, I think a lot of it comes from how they genuinely think men can never be good for women (and they are correct most of the time) and it may seem baffling to them when a bi woman chooses to date the "worse" option thus endangering herself. So when a bi woman is gushy about her male spouse publicly it might irritate them, not necessarily out of biphobia but frustration. Just speculation tho

I find it a little disturbing how common it is to identify as a feminist without ever doing, saying or thinking anything feminist. Do you read feminist literature? Do you consider women's issue when you vote? Do you go on demonstrations for women's rights? Do you donate to shelters? Do you think about your relationship and who does most of the cleaning and cooking and who pays for contraception? Do you realize how much society has shaped how you see your body and have you critically thought about shaving, make-up or high heels? If no, why do you identify as a feminist? And why is it so important to you to be considered a feminist?

soo scams have been on the rise lately. i was recently approached by a woman saying she wanted a portrait of her daughter for $200. she “accidentally” wrote a check for $2000 instead, wanting me to send back $1800.

i almost did it, because i assumed a faulty check wouldn’t deposit. luckily i looked up mobile banking check scams. YOU CAN STILL BE SCAMMED WITH A BAD CHECK. it won’t flag it till later, leaving you owing money.

i just wanted to share this because i could’ve been totally fucked over if i didn’t look it up. stay safe out there guys

men have flooded the concept of finding certain parts of a woman attractive with such lechery that you have lesbian/bi women who feel the need to overcompensate by avowing five times over that she's not objectifying a woman or feeling some underserved shame for the literal definition of what makes her lesbian/bi before it boils down to the fact that you thought that woman had a nice ass.

at the core, I do think it is sweet that women don't want to objectify other women. truly. self evaluation is key and a great trait to have. But babes lmao you're also gay 😭. you can want more than hand holding. That you are even concerned about how you view women and are wary of your gaze inherently means that you do not reduce them to their body and you are actively concerned about her feelings and the effect your gaze can have lol. Men have just bastardized sexuality and sensuality so much that you are scared to be like them because you share a common attraction to women.

Here's a few good questions to ask yourself: Do I think what I see is all she has to offer? Can I concentrate on anything other than her body were we to interact? Do I blame her for my attraction to her?

If you answered no to all of these, guess who you're better than?
