so after what was the utter clusterfuck of the time period that was 2021 and 2022 I am better than i was before.

I turned 22 last week, i got an official adhd diagnosis at the end of October 2023, im in a better state with my ED and OCD, im being medicated, recently got diagnosed with BPD (sucks man 😞) im in the process of estranging myself from my family. its for the best. they've done more harm than good and I think cutting them from my life would be the best thing to do right now. I also study Japanese, and went to Japan last year. I've been doing so much better. I wear alt fashion and I'm happier than I was before, even if I get random FND flare ups here and there.

I still have a great deal of medical trauma though from 2022, which sucks. I'm hoping to move to Japan after I graduate this year and start a new life there and build myself up. job hunting isn't great at the moment though and it's really soul crushing 😞 no one will hire me because of my disabilities and I really need to become financially independent more than ever if I want to get away from my family for good.

sadly, I don't like voltron anymore :( I've grown out of it and am currently in vtuber and vrchat hell. I still don't know what to do with this account as the ANGELMANCY label is pretty much dead at this point. but hey, it's nice to see all of you after 2 years, if you're still around. I loved the voltron fandom, it made me feel happy and I enjoyed my time there whilst it lasted. thanks guys. Good to see you again.

Where I've been.

hi guys, I'm still alive. I've been Inactive for so long that I hardly post anymore. and heres why. (TW: mentions of an ED, self destructive behaviour)

3 days before 2021 ended, I got seriously ill, and didn't recover until mid May this year. during those 5 months, it was filled with grief, distress and nothing but suffering. I also developed an ED (which is potentially ARFID) as a result. That, combined with OCD is a new level of torture I wouldn't wish on anyone. I became dangerously underweight, malnourished and weak. My mental health took a major dip and made my relapse more severe. It hasn't been easy. trying to balance an ED, OCD, an unknown illness (which may have just been my ED causing extra issues), non epileptic attacks and university has been so emotionally draining. I'm mostly better now, but being ill for that long has really messed me up.

Speaking of university, and on a more lighter note, university assignments decided to hit me all at once. because of how ill I was, I got an extension until August. So I'm catching up on months of missed work. Don't worry, I'm nearly done! (I say as I glance at my multiple incomplete 3d animation assignments I have no desire doing... 🥲)

am I coming back to art? of course. however I'm just not satisfied with my art at the moment. I'm struggling to improve due to my health. and my love for voltron has kinda dwindled (which makes me sad, honestly.) and I'm not sure if I will come back as ANGELMANCY. I already quit instagram. I deleted twitter long ago (simply because that app is full of silly people, let's be real). If I feel satisfied enough to post work that is worthy of posting to ANGELMANCY, I'll do it some day. If I decide to quit being ANGELMANCY, I'll say something. I'm still going to be on hiatus, and wonder what to do with this account. I'll see you guys later, hopefully soon.

I'm still alive. University has been kicking my ass and to top it all off, I fell severely ill on return to England, had several appointments that got me nowhere and now I've been put on medication 2+ months late but it's all worth it in the end. (I look incredibly emaciated but hopefully that should be reversed)

if you have Norton Antivirus or Norton VPN, delete the software ASAP.

Norton is automatically installing and running a cryptocurrency mining program in the backgrounds of their users. There is no text box asking to confirm the use of this program and is installed automatically, it runs during “downtime” on your computer . While the official announcement said that this program was exclusive to the US, international users are reporting it as well. We don’t know the exact scope yet.

To delete this program, must go into the files (Program Files/Norton) and delete the file NCrypt.exe. It will ask for the admin permission. (Some report having admin permissions on their computer but being unable to delete the program.) If the software is already downloaded to your computer, I would NOT recommend continuing to use Norton, as there is no guarantee that the .exe file won’t return in another update.

Tell your friends and family, reblog, spread this, please. It’s barely been getting any attention, and I worry that Norton is setting a precedent that other companies will repeat. However, if a large (or very vocal) part of the userbase continues to complain, it may make Norton or other companies think twice before mining crypto on your computer.
