Hello Lucille! How fascinating do you find it that Francoeur seems to find music anywhere and seems to learn how to play any instrument in a matter of minutes? But has there been any instrument he seems to struggle with? Do you also teach him the different kinds of instruments? Do you yourself know how to play any?

Bonjour!

I find it absolutely fascinating how Francoeur manages to adapt and learn so quickly, he is a lot smarter than most people give him credit for. After all, he does write and choreograph most of our songs. It's very beautiful how he can find music everywhere he goes, even if it makes our strolls a lot longer than they need to be, hahaha.

There have been a couple times where Francoeur has difficulty with certain instruments, but give him a couple of days and he's a master! He still has trouble with the violin because of his chin…

Most of the time it is Francoeur who is teaching me how to play new instruments! I do know how to play the piano, because I was taught when I was a little girl. Sometimes, when the cabaret is closed, we silently play together, and it sounds lovely.

Hello,did parisians got use to Francour? like,or they still view him as a thread?

Some people are quite intimidated by Francoeur’s build and stature at first, but once they find out he is very sweet and gentle, most people do not have a problem with him. Hope that answers your question.

Francoeur has a very particular diet, which consists of mostly meat. His favorite meal is a very rare steak!

He’s not too fond of vegetables and especially peppermint, which is quite odd. Hope that answers your question.

Hello Francoeur! Hope these last few months have been good with your friends! Have you ever thought about learning sign language so you can communicate better?

Bonjour sender!

These last few months have been more than amazing, I truly feel like a new person. I have been learning a few phrases… But I like to keep a notepad in my pocket to communicate. And to… write when inspiration strikes :) . Lucille has taught me: bonjour, oui, non, the alphabet, and other important things.

I am understood quite fine without signed language, though.

Perhaps my silence is another thing that disconnects me from others?

I will keep learning, yes.

I always liked the duo they do in the cabaret, the movements are very nice and warm, the costumes are just beautiful. For Monsiur Francour, what does the form of affection of couples mean (kisses, gifts, hugs...)

Do you have or have you had a problem dealing with your animal instinct?

They both have captivating voicess so... Has Lucille thought of teaching Francoeur to speak? It would be nice to hear it in conversation. I have nothing more to add, I hope I can have the opportunity to take a picture with you! :D

Thank you for the compliments, Lucille makes our outfits. She is very talented. I’m not sure what I would do without her.

I have noticed that affections come in many different forms… Men giving women gifts. Mothers hugging their children. Kisses on the cheeks among friends. Kisses only for lovers. It is an interesting thing. How lovely.

And Animal instincts… I am not sure what you mean?

Thank you for your kind words, I hope you are able to come by the cabaret soon for that picture. It makes both Francoeur and I very happy to know how many people love our performances.

It is true that Francoeur does not speak, but he understands French quite perfectly. I do not think he is confident in his speaking, despite being a wonderful singer... I will let you in on a secret. Despite his size, he is actually incredibly shy. Isn’t that funny? Maybe one day I can convince him to speak a word or two, away from the stage, haha.

Hello and welcome to my Lucille and Francoeur ask blog :)

This post will be pinned to the blog and will display some info about the blog and how it will work! Because tumblr didn’t exist in 1910...

Info:

Setting takes place 6 months after the events of A Monster in Paris.

All canon relations take place (ex. Lucille and Raoul being together)

Only a few select people know that Francoeur is a flea (close friends, tailor, butcher, etc...)

All asks sent are viewed as “fan mail” sent to the cabaret, these will be hand written or typed physical letters. An option to attach pictures is available and will be treated as physical photographs.

adult humor will be allowed but straight up nsfw asks will be ignored

asks in the pov of ocs and other canon characters are allowed! (no aus, fan-children or doubles of franc or lucille)
