Taking a whole new med regime the weekend of my period is a fun game of *what's causing the symptoms* but the dizziness is 90% down to my new migraine med I think. I don't think it'll last, or I hope it won't because I'd like to give it chance to work but honestly, I take back all the sarcastic things I say about the elderly starting beta blockers and anticoagulants and immediately falling over. They have my sympathy from now on.

I am waiting on a phone call from the Drs about a med review and I've walked the dog, I was gonna go for a run but it's really windy if they called..so I'm rewatching Unforgotten and trying to not stress. Idk why these things make me so anxious but they do.

Side note I've been avoiding this for months and only slightly got bullied into it because I had to see a practice nurse last week who made me book it.

Nothing like having a side adventure by having to move a car off of tram tracks lol. Just 15 of us jumping off the tram to get it done, cause god knows I was ready for home today. It has been....eventful.
