Anyone else had such a shocking response from the @taylorswift store?!
I know her items always take a while to ship to the UK so I left it for a while and emailed today. And they’ve said I’m outside of 60 days so they won’t help.
But all I asked for was an ETA on the delivery. I didn’t ask for a refund or an exchange. What makes it worse is that they’re actually in the wrong. I NEVER received a shipping number, so I’m not even outside the 60 days (since this is the first of me receiving the shipping code - because I asked - this would only be day one).
I have never been more disappointed by a (lack of) response from any query I’ve ever emailed before.

@taylorswift help! This blanket was £100 and because of Covid the postal service won’t answer their calls and I’m getting nowhere with the customer services in the merch store!

In honour of @taylorswift ‘s Miss Americana coming this week I’m writing a Taylor Swift based musical that I’m super excited about. It’s been in my head for a while, and I’m stoked to be getting it down officially.
It’s called The Heartbreak Prince, and of course, it’s a love story.

I always say that when it comes to @taylorswift ‘s singles, “the first one’s the worst one” - and not just the worst single, but the worst song on the whole album. And you guys, if she can BREAK records with her worst song, just imagine how mind blowing and deep her best will be!
Not that I don’t love ME!, it makes me want to dance under rainbows like I’m in a sixties music video, but lyrically, it’s not the deeply rooted emotionally disparaging song that I want from her - but that’s okay, but it’s what I expect from number 1.
Bring on the rest of the album, which on a side note, I kind of just want her to call TS7.
On a side note; I hadn’t noticed until ME! That she always has a speaking part in the first single (since WANGBT, anyways) and it excited me that I have that to look forward to forevermore.
