As a historical fashion enthusiast, I hate when period dramas bastardize the fashion and modernize everything so much. I don't want to see Hollywood beach waves in the 1880's. If none of the girls had those poofy choppy bangs that all the 1880's girlies had in real life, what is the point in life? Please, give me all the weird and cringy fashion of all eras even if it doesn't happen to suit modern tastes

I think I was one of those cringy horse girls when I was younger. I don't remember much from my earlier childhood, but I remember when I was in 4th grade (around 2007?) and learning how to draw, some girl taught me how to draw a horse and I was fascinated by the ability to draw an animal, so I'd draw a whole bunch of them in class
