Shuska searched his face, shoulders squaring back up a bit when he didn't immediately bite back something sour. "No. I know you're plenty strong enough to protect yourself. I mean look at your lusus, he wouldn't have let you be a weak pup" she offered with a soft smile quirking the edge of her lips with a nod. "I..... we could go talk in the binding tower if you'd like...." she offered, looking to the hands on her shoulders and leaning enough to lightly nuzzle one in thanks. "Avonis says so too.....but I.... I don't know" she said with a sigh, stepping back only to start moving towards the hidden doorway with him and allowing her fingers to come up and run along her lip again. "I think that might be a mixture of both. I've noticed highbloods have a better chance of surviving a wound that would make someone bleed out on the lower casts" she said with a hum, half nodding at the bag comment though not properly answering because she hadn't tasted one.

Teagan sitting in the library one night. He stretches showing his neck a little and smirking over at Shuska, before motioning her to come over. He gives her a snarky grin, having put two and two together about why she'd been acting odd previously.

Shuska had been working on keeping herself a bit more in check through her hunger, now feeling more comfortable being out and about. She was humming to herself as she wandered through the empty halls before stopping at the sight of her pitch. Her head cocked to the side lightly as he stretched himself this way and that only to frown lightly when he seemed to be showing off certain places on purpose.

"teagan what are you doing here? You aren't normally this deep in the archives" she commented softly, absently bringing a hand up to worry at her lip. "did you have something you wanted to say?" she asked, hoping to keep herself in check as much as she thought she could around someone alone.

Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. I know this is supposed to be a fun place and just goof off and whatnot with characters but IDK. Recently it's been a burden to even open the app. I see the same people over and over, the ones that I don't like and the ones that I do.

People who wrong and those that do right and even more That decide that the only way forward is to completely start from scratch or complain that things don't go their way.

Depression is hard hitting, thoughts of just leaving this place have been hard tacked into the brain.... I just don't know what to do.... Everything is stagnant now and even introducing new characters has lost its appeal.... IDK if the library will stay open or not....

Who knows maybe I just need a small break from everything, maybe open the expanse to characters like Rain and Shazahd who aren't part of homestuck.... I don't know.
