Non-binary characters in Undertale and Deltarune

A lot of people don’t notice this, but there are several major characters in Undertale that are referred to exclusively with they/them pronouns. In this post, I’ll go over them, and I’ll explain why so many non-binary people identify with them.

full disclosure i will block anyone who chooses to misgender kris and not use they/them pronouns or other gender-neutral ones (ex; xe/xem/xheirs, ze/zir/zirs, ey/em/eirs, fae/faer/faers) and refers to them in any other gendered terms (ex; son, daughter, girl, boy)

the same can be said for chara and frisk as well. thankies

#im more lenient for frisk but i still prefer to avoid it as much as possible because i personally dislike it. a lot #additionally because this is Fiction i prefer all of them to be androgynous as that is how they are presented in canon #obviously nonbinary people don't have to be androgynous etc etc #badger_yells #it is also deeply personally upsetting to me which is also another reason why i avoid it so much giggles cutely
