hiiii i love your drawings witj pencil...how do you do it whats your magic secret...

THANKYOUUUUU... Heres my setup. I use just a normal pencil no mechanical for me. and i keep it nice and sharp so its easier to make darker lines and draw the fake pen pressure effect.. and when im shading i use the nib horizontally and just doodle out the volumes.. i just sort of mentally plan out the places i want to leave white and avoid eraser as much as possible cause its not as bright and i love a good harsh edge...theres my secrece

Hi!!! mecha is pretty hard but i think what helps me a lot is i get TONS of references.. looking at other peoples art and seeing how they simplify joint parts or do greebling is really useful and it makes everything way less daunting.. the more you do it the more patterns and shapes you remember so its all just practice practice practice.. if you keep working at it itll come naturally
