My husband is experiencing the most red flag symptoms for sepsis, and won't go to the hospital. He's sweating like crazy, he's clammy, even sweating from his forehead. He's got a headache bad enough he didn't sleep at all last night, he has pain in his throat with no redness or swelling at all, he feels too hot, and he's having trouble breathing with some chest pain to top it all off.
He has an exposed tooth area, not sure what to call it. He had a permanent cap of some kind put on two of his back teeth. A year ago they broke when he found a nail in some bread baked by the cafe at his job. (they're fighting to not pay out). We can't afford fixing them so the inside of his teeth have been exposed. He gets recurrent infections there and “treats” them with listerine. Now he's showing signs of sepsis, which he's had before, and refuses to go to the doctor because he thinks he's just sick with something else. He doesn't think its sepsis.
I thought my blood sugar was too high all of a sudden but no it was just a panic attack.

To those who ride my bumper when I'm already driving 5 miles over the speed limit, what's your issue? Back off and let me drive safely.

Be like me
Walk away mid convo when it starts to get stale. I don't even say bye or ttyl anymore. No one questions it.
I picked up the behavior from cats. When you're petting them and they decide they're done they just walk away. I respect that.

Is it possible to just make up a new personality?
Point 1)
When I'm playing any game and listening to a show, days later when I return to the same section of the map I remember the show in detail.
Point 2)
When I put on my work clothes I'm suddenly capable of doing my chores with less mental effort.
Point 3)
Study guides encourage chewing a specific flavor of gum while studying a particular subject, to help retain it.
So I really want to get into stocks, I want to understand what a put and call is, etc. I want to know what I'm doing even if I can't be sure it'll be profitable. If I wear a specific outfit every time I study the stock market as a topic, maybe I can create a new personality, like my work personality but for stocks.
I'm gonna start today, maybe I'll update if it's successful in any way!

Any autistic or audhd parents have any tips for handling toddlers? What do I do when I get overstimulated, and borderline on a meltdown? I'm a mom so I can't even take sick days as the saying goes. She constantly talks, tells me every little thing. And I mean EVERY. Little. Thing. Once she cried while I was in the bathroom because she desperately needed my attention. So when I got out of the bathroom she cheered right up and informed me that she has hair on her head. And she repeated herself a few times until I realized she needed verbal acknowledgment, not just eye contact and a nod lol. It's adorable, I'm glad she loves me so much she tells me every little thought in her head. But on days when I'm overstimulated, overwhelmed and my routine has been thrown off, that can be like sandpaper on teeth. I love her so much, I promise I do, and I'll miss it when she stops telling me everything. So what do I do? How do I manage myself? I can't be having a meltdown when I have a kid.

My husband insists ADHD is made up, but I know he only believes that because he can't fathom a brain that functions differently than his. Like us trying to believe there is a solar system with a star made of ice that glows and produces heat.
