we went to our grandma's place this morning. it was cloudy at the beginning but then some shy sun rays came out and it was lovely. our grandma lives 5 minutes walking to the sea and has a huge garden full of fruit trees such as apple, pear, fig and apricot trees. we picked some huge juicy pomegranates, tiny apples and medlars!

Persimmons cake 4 persimmons 80 g butter 150 g sugar 200 g flour 4 eggs 2 tbs baking powder In a large bowl mix in sugar with eggs and butter (previously melted). When the ingredients are well mixed add the rest: flour, persimmons and baking powder. Put the mixture in a cake pan and bake at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
