a friend wanted to draw my oc and we were discussing the vibe he wanted and so I was gonna make a quick sketch to show him how I'd interpret it but then it spiraled and I spent like 2+ hours and ended up with a whole finished thing ._.

for some reason tumblr has decided to keep pushing posts from the blog of a company that makes industrial machines, with those posts advertising their industrial machines. webbed site

#the technology tag is a tag i innocently followed when i set up my blog in 2018 #and since then its just been a mix of ai stuff and long-form posts about whatever the hell is happening in that sphere #and now also industrial machine ads apparently #i should just unfollow it but also im very lazy about unfollowing tags so we'll see

okay so im not super good at drawing and ive been trying to get better at it, starting with hair.

now i have very curly hair, at least for a white person. and so since i was little i always drew it as a brown spiral line around my head (my current pfp for example)

but, obviously, thats not super great so a few weeks ago i wanted to try something else. so i decided to try making individual strands of shadow and highlight and-

i ended up with ugly chipotle bowl :/

BUT i dont give up (aka i did for a good few weeks) and today i decided to try a new strategy (and also try to make the base look less horrid with shading and details) and:

it actually doesn't look bad??? i did something not awful for once????? how?????????

bethesda games are fun bc you'll have a character that switches between outfits to blend in with the local populace, but they don't filter individual armor pieces out of his outfit list so he'll just show up to places like this

i feel like i should possibly be concerned that my sims 4 hours played are starting to approach my gmod hours played

i hate when youre trying to find a post you vaguely remember and you cant remember if it was from a mutual, random youtuber, gimmick blog, or just tumblr putting it on your dash for no discernible reason so you just scroll for hours on various blogs until you give up because its somehow vanished into thin air

i think its fun to have your life be a little bit mysterious. like if your friends ask whats in your smoothie, you could tell them its mixed berry and banana, or you could just say "dont worry"

makes things more interesting for all parties involved
