You see, with the way Tumblr’s heading, I don’t feel comfortable staying on this site anymore. I’ve sort of lost my will to RP anywhere except Discord, and with Tumblr’s new policy and horrendous flagging system, it feels like the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak.

His suspicion merely grows, and the dragons resting behind him can feel his unrest with the unexpected visitor. Lindel does not stop one of his more experienced dragons from rising and hunching over his shoulder. ( It only solidifies the fact that this man should not be here. ) He has his guesses, being as old as he is, but he won’t touch that topic yet.

“Normal transportation spells do not work coming to the island.” ( ‘Unless you’ve been here before, and I do not recognize you.’ ) Lindel did not trust that pleasantry. “It would be wise for you to leave.”

“Is that so?” He’s surprised--though only for a moment. How did such a crucial piece of information slip from his memory? Oh, well! What’s done is done! His cover is blown, and he’s almost certain he’ll have to flee soon!

“Ahh, drat! I was hoping to avoid trouble, Warden. It’s true that I came here on accident, but I suppose I’ll have to introduce myself now. I am Josef! You could say I obtained knowledge of this place through a helping hand.” He’s not sure if Lindel will get the joke, but it’s a funny joke nonetheless! “Do trust that I’ll leave as soon as I can. I’m afraid I’m on cool-down right now~!”

Sapphire hues narrow at the unfamiliar form shrouded in shadow. Malice and instability dripped from the very being, and Lindel did not like it on his island– around his dragons. He did not step closer, but he did plant his staff firmer on the ground beside him.

“Who are you, and how did you find this island?”

The urge to taunt Lindel is strong in Josef, but for the sake of his own safety, he refrains from following through with it as his form finishes molding itself from the shadows. Only an idiot would be so stupid as to taunt the dragon warden in his own territory without a proxy. With his one hand on his chest, he speaks in a pleasant tone with an equally pleasant smile, a stark contrast to the malicious energy that radiated from his form upon his arrival.

“A good day for a walk, is it not? Ah --- worry yourself not, warden. I’ve not come here for your dragons. Truth be told, I miscalculated a transportation spell and was brought here by accident.”
