Another unfortunate update here. I didn't realize my antibiotic course this time around is 10 days instead of 7. I've been pretty miserable, as expected, and I know I'm not going to have the energy to get our chapter out on Friday. I'm going to take an extra week. We'll be back on 03/05. 💕

Hey all! You might have noticed I've been a little MIA here on tumblr, and that's because I haven't been feeling too hot. Last night I ended up in the er and they discovered I've got a neat little infection. That means I'm going to be on antibiotics for a week, which sucks because antibiotics always make me feel all kinds of miserable.

With that in mind, I've decided to take the week off of Apartment 305! There won't be an update today or Friday. I'm pretty bummed about this myself, but it's for the best, because you guys don't want to sit on 119's cliffhanger for a full week or longer and I am like 90% sure I'll be too sick to get Friday's update out on time.

We'll be back to regularly scheduled programming next Monday!

I have been MIA again, and that's largely because I have still felt unwell. Today my doctor ordered some tests and confirmed the infection I had before wasn't cleared by the antibiotics and I need to do another round of them.

This means another week off Apartment 305, unfortunately. I react very poorly to antibiotics and this round is going to be a stronger kind, since the first attempt didn't work. It's not going to be a fun week for me, but hopefully this will do the trick. 🥺

The next Apartment 305 update will be chapter 122 on Friday, February 26th. Take care and I'll see you all then!

Oh. my god. I think that was the best cliffhanger you’ve left us on (and considering i had to deal with “she’d seen a ghost named luke castellan” all those chapters ago, that’s saying something). oh my god. AHHHH friday literally cannot come fast enough

chapter 119 was actually ready before i got sick, so i could have posted it last monday, BUT... i wasn’t sure i’d be up to getting 120 ready in time for friday (and was right about that suspicion lol), so if i’d published it on time, the wait would have been almost two weeks between 119 and 120. on that cliffhanger. would have been the worst. 😭

I love apartment 305 so much and had a question. I know Percy calls annabeth Beth sometimes but do either of them have other terms of endearment they use like babe / baby / sweetheart / beautiful / handsome ?

about to share an unpopular opinion here... but i’m not really a big fan personally of those kinds of terms of endearment, so i don’t really use them in my writing much. 😭 HOWEVER. i won’t say they don’t? since the only reason it’s not in the text is my personal preference, if you like to imagine them using them, that’s also cool by me.

hi! what time do you post? i know the days but i always forget what hour lol so i just check sporadically thoughout the day

there’s actually not a specific time i post. 😭 i’d say it’s usually in the afternoon pacific standard time, but even that is only usually, since it depends on what’s going on for me that day and how much formatting the chapters require. there’s no specific hour or time, tho! sorry i can’t be more consistent. 💕

a friend and i watched the netflix movie the holidate and we were talking after about how fun a general concept it was with like... the holiday stuff and fake dating just always being the epitome of comic potential. the same friend was also harassing me (lovingly) to do something for christmas, so then i started playing with the idea of doing a series that would be just like... fun little holiday tropes. doing the actual updates on the holidays also gives me a fair amount of time to work on the chapters between updates, since it’s definitely a back burner project compared to apt 305!
