Gel Pens

My boyfriend gave me gel pens He got them from his mother She gave him pens because she knew he liked to draw At one time I took my boyfriend's gel pens Of course, with his permission They're old; he never uses them He only draws in pencil

Problem: The Villains Are Cartoonish, Evil-for-the-Sake-of-Evil

Solution: Villains require just as much character development as the novel’s heroes, protagonists, and perspective characters. Effective villainy incorporates consequential decision making, relatable character motivations, believable perspectives and experiences, and most important, intention. When a writer diversifies these facets of a so-named villain’s free will, humanity, personal interests, and relationship with the story’s main conflict, one is better-positioned to craft a more diverse and more engaging villain.

ill do a longer, more official intro at some point but for now: my name is third king january ! i'm currently twenty two, and hoping to use writeblr as motivation to keep up with my wips, write as many short stories as possible, and send my work to lit mags.

my favorite genre is horror and magical realism, but i'll read anything as long as it's good. i'll admit i'm a picky reader with a preference for prose that leaves me 🥹😲 and ambiguous stories where it's up to you to piece it together.
