interesting question! unfortunately—as is the reason why daily-law is on hiatus—i haven’t been keeping up with one piece in a long time! so, i do not have your answer…

however, in my opinion, both law and shinobu are in need of an apology to each other

A walk down the Trafalgar line.

“Father,” Law inspected the photo’s back, searching for a name, a date, a note or scribble scrawled, something—anything. Searching, searching, searching. “What was Grandfather like?”

“Well—”

“A failure.” Great-Grandfather was always quick to insert himself into conversations—and his eyes were always so cold; even more so now, Law found. Icy. Almost white. Snatching the photograph up, he tore it in two effortlessly and pocketed the remains. “Don’t ever speak of him again.”

It wasn’t until the last specks of light faded from those eyes that Law found the courage to ask his father again. Layers and layers of dirt to act as his barrier.

I was tagged by @starsilluminateourgalaxy​ to write the latest line from my WIP and tag as many people as there are words in the line…however, I won’t be tagging anyone. To make up for it, here’s, instead, an excerpt from a fic that I most likely will never finish (as is common for me).

This is the latest bit that I had worked on; the premise of the fic came about from a dream I had where an additional bit of Law’s backstory was revealed: when he was a child, a monster ate him. A popular fan theory was that the Law in the story now is the monster, and it had taken his form (for whatever reason that was yet to be seen).

“That is not my son,” his mother declared, and Law turned to his father. Surely, his father would claim him. Law prayed to any god who would listen—his father knew his own son.

His father said nothing. 

It wasn’t long before Flevance perished, burned and gunned to the ground. As Law walked the body-littered streets, he eyed each corpse he passed; splattered in blood and lace, and helpless, and ruined before him.

Finally, he broke.

Sorry that it isn’t Zoro related…I’ve never written Zoro before. I’m not sure I could do it lol.
