My Journey of Self - Dec 19, 2022

Today's Reflection:

Back to my journal for the start of a new week. It has been a busy week since I last left off and not sure where to start.

I have been feeling pretty good about the direction I have been going and learning to open myself up and tap into the emotions that I have for so long buried.

It is a kind of uncomfortable feeling and I kind of feel exposed. I just want to close myself off from the world and protect who I am. I just don't want anyone to ridicule or judge me negatively!!!

The ADHD (Adderall) medications seem to help with that. I just go out and I don't have any worries. It could also be that it is allowing me to be more task driven so I don't even dwell much into my paranoia.

I will keep it short tonight as I don't have much to get off my chest and it is going to be a long day for me.

My journey continues...
