Hi, I love reading your blog and opinions as a Jikooker who likes to be rational, and I remember you saying Jikook would have to pull off something really radical for you to believe they are together now (I was of the same opinion, bc even though I believe they def had sth in the past, this year they seemed off to me). However, the enlistment thing was an uno reverse card for me and I'm still baffled about the entire thing and the background of their efforts to enlist together (along with Japan trip, but Japan trip alone wasn't enough for me tbh), so my question to you is what do you think about them enlisting together and practically being attached at the hip for the next 18 months, as well as choosing one of the hardest divisions just so they could be together?

JM and JK enlisting together both shocked me and didn't surprise me at all. I know it doesn't make any sense, but it is how I feel. On one hand, it makes perfect sense that they would go together, considering they were always attached to the hip through the years, and I definitely hoped that they would somehow end up being in the same place, but with how things looked in the beginning of the year, I sort of had that possibility crossed out.

They had to have started the process of applying for the buddy system somewhere during the summer, but obviously, they had to have discussed it way in advance. It goes to show how much we all know about their real private lives and what the members are up to in their time off camera.

I still think at the beginning of the year, they didn't see much of each other for a few months, but I don't know what that means for their relationship. Were they ever together? Is it possible that they always were just very close friends? Was JM just too busy then?

I don't want to sound unreasonable or delusional, but more and more I am starting to believe that their avoidance of each other on camera might have been completely intentional, especially if they always knew they would enlist together.

They definitely were a little awkward to be in front of the camera, as you said. I think a big part of it that they haven't done anything like it for months, so it's sort of new to them now, but also, the unexpectedness of it. JK didn't intend to be on camera at all. He wanted to watch for a little bit behind the scenes, so he was like a deer in headlights. Jimin was also clearly surprised and didn't know how to react, so he shooed him away, which in turn made it even more awkward.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's "exes vibes," but it definitely was a weird vibe.

Maybe some jikookers are actually happy about jimin and taehyung and namjoons post (because they all posted the same pics) because they actually like bts and not just their ship so they're not bothered by photographs just because weird ass delusional losers on the internet decided it was the equivalent of a marriage certificate

I see a lot of Jikookers genuinely enjoying the pics, and I love it. That's how it should be.

I will forever be sad, though, by the fact that I know that if it was Jimin hugging on JK in the same way, the response of the fandom would have been completely different. I can vividly see the names he would have been called..

I am very tired of Taekookers, honestly, and by extension, the fandom itself, since such a big part of it is the cult, be it openly or secretly.

I can't wait for Jimin's new music. I know a lot of the fandom won't support it or will do the bare minimum. The only reason some people did support him during FACE was because they underestimated him and didn't see him as a threat, but FACE showed everyone who Jimin as an artist is and what he could do. People nowadays can't wait for him to enlist and make tweets about it every 2-3 business days, even when it's clear he is releasing music soon, because they see him as a threat and want him gone.

I don't expect the fandom to really care about his new release, but no matter what, I know Jimin will be successful because he is simply immensely talented. He is the most known BTS member, and he has a solid fan base.

I just wish the fandom was a little more appreciative of him. Were it not for him, who knows where BTS would have been?

I'm sorry, but JK just talking about Jimin on Suchwita today feels softer than Taekook's entire interaction on it. Like don't get me wrong, I'm not undermining Tkk's closeness, but all I got from today's episode is two besties hanging out and that's it. There are no 'crushing on each other' vibes, at least not from Kook's part as far as I see it. On the other hand, Yoongi mentions Jimin for two mins and Kook turns into a shy, giggling mess. I'm not even saying for certain that Jkk have sth more than friendship now, but they have this vibe about them which I never felt between other members and it's uncanny and exclusive to them. Many people say how Kook was awkward/standoffish in that 2 min live with Jimin from the other week, but I'm certain that comes from his crush on Jimin. It's textbook 'I can't even look him in the eye' crush and I feel this will always pertain to them whether they end up together or not.

I agree on the difference of expression and body language on Kook's part. He was completely relaxed with Tae on Suchwita, not minding his presence, but also not really caring that much for it. Typical behavior between friends.

With Jimin, even when he is simply mentioned, there is alway this big, dopey smile on Jungkook's face, like a puppy who sees a toy or a treat. He is always excited to talk about JM, respond to JM, see JM. It is like his body and mind are conditioned to pay attention to anything Jimin-related and the automatic response to it is joy.

There is also the difference in the way he describes his trip with Tae and Wooga and with JM. He enjoyed the snowboard trip a lot, he said so himself, but the moment that is most memorable to him was when he was alone, watching the snow and listening to music. The most memorable moments for him from Tokyo? Jimin oversleeping on the second day, despite them making plans to wake up early ( I know... so exciting!!!) and Jimin saying his feet hurt, so they walked slowly (OMG! How memorable!!!)

He has even called them baby/darling/honey and even posted a man orgy pic with Wooga all over him in bed. He called his night with Wooga in the tent romantic. He posed with randoms in paris more intimately then he has JK. There was a camera present at JK's party, they are literally posing for in a photobooth. Tae has a picture of him backhugging Jimin resting his lips of the nap of his neck with his eyes closed. He said he likes Jimin the most over JK and all BTS members. Did you forget? Do you need me to elaborate on his intimate couple pics with Jennie? We can, starting with him in her bed. Want me to keep going? She titled their couple selfies with my other half. Show me where JK did that for Tae. Want me to keep talking about Taennie? I don't think you do. You are letting Tae's clinging attention loving behavior cloud your judgement and shipping him with a man he denied a relationship with. Tae loves attention. He clearly even loves it from strangers too. He loves to cling and cuddle, esp if someone lets him. He loves skinship and will show it and give it with just about anyone we seen him with. There is nothing wrong with that. What is wrong is using it against him to say he'd cheat on his partner. A partner he was with, that has been pointed out when he and Jk went snowboarding. Are you suggesting Tae is a cheater and JK is a homewrecker? Use your pea size brain for once.

Tae is an affectionate person, and Tae and JK are literally Jimin's babies. He adores them. I don't know why people are acting like something outrageous happened. This isn't the first time that JM has shared pics of Tae and JK. Rather than wonder if Taekooker is real (which I know they are not), I am much more interested in what the hell Jikook were and currently are (which I probably will never know).

Of course, I want to see the Jikook pictures in that booth as well, but alas, Jimin said not on his watch.

Why jikookers pretend to be happy about jimin ig post? First of all, jikook never pose like that. Tae seems he is kissing Jk, or not, but their faces are really close. Too close. Also, it's not a company content where jikook are having fun and jimin pretend to kiss him etc, but that was private party and taekook act like that.... a private event to celebrate Jk and his "boyfriend" Jimin looks like the third wheel? It's normal to you? Whatever Jikook are, there simply is no competition between their relationship and Taekooks in my book, and neither you nor anyone else can currently convince me otherwise. I don't know if you're a Taekooker in disguise or what, but here are just some simple facts for you:

1. Tae is in a relationship with a woman. He was in a relationship with her at the time of the mentioned Taekook trip.

2. Tae has posed similarly with Hobi on his launch party and even recently backstage with JM.

3. Tae and JK are close, undeniably, but so are Tae and his Wooga squad. The aforementioned trip wasn't a couple's one. There were quite a few othere besides Taekook on tha trip, as you yourself mentioned.

4. Tae has posed in way more suggestive ways with any of his Wooga squad. I don't see you shipping him with them, though?

5. I don't know what JM is to JK, but I for sure know what Tae is to him, aka not his boyfriend.

6. You have no idea if that was Jikook's only trip, and neither do I. Did you forget about Jeju or Busan?

Oh, man, I am dying to know what happened in NY. I hope we won't wait for after enlistment to get it. My theory is that either things were not planned that well/ were rushed, or something unexpected happened out of nowhere, hence "the total mess". Either way, judging by Yoongi saying, "JM pulls at your heartstrings," I believe that he was at the center of it all. It seems we are in for a really funny show, but I wouldn't be completely sure just based on JK's reaction. Jungkook is the worst when it comes to Jimin-related things. He is so damn fond of JM that even the most insignificant and miniscule things JM does are cute and funny and precious to him.

I saw her profile on TikTok. She is a pretty talented artist. She is a Taekooker, yes, but on TikTok, she hasn't posted anything weird. She mainly posted art of JK and some fan art of Tae. It doesn't surprise me at all that JK followed. He loves art, drawing, and supporting talented people. He probably thought he followed a "normal" ARMY account. I hope she remains normal and doesn't post anything relating to shipping, as she has done on Twitter, but we shall see.

Ok but it's jk fault that tkkr are dragging jm, he is the one that basically said it was jm idea, jm went there to film, etc. Why he never takes the responsability of his decisions? Why he gives antis material to drag jm? Why he wants to look "forced" to film with jm? Why he always find excuse to justify jikook contents?

I know it may seem wild to some of you, but JK, JM, and Tae's lives aren't resolving around ships and what shippers would say, do, or think. The members obviously know all about shipping since they have been witnessing it for years, and precisely because they've been in it for years, they are used to it and they are probably completely over it by now. They are simply living their lives.

Not to mention, JK didn't actually say any of those things! It isn't Jungkook's fault that taekookers are the way they are, and honestly, no matter what he had said or how he had phrazed it, taekookers would still have found a way to drag JM and that's a fact.

JK only said two things:

1. It was JM who suggested the idea, and he agreed.

2. He said it was ages ago, probably years by that point, since it happened during a BTS shoot.

For a long time, nothing happened with this idea, so JK thought it was going nowhere. He probably gave up on it, so he was surprised when it suddenly happened.

For all we know, the company could have surprised both of them with setting up the shoot, since nobody really knew about it, at least Suga didn't. Most probably, it went something like this: JM and JK made plans to spend some time in NY. The company said, "Hey, remember that idea you had to film a show? Well, we can do it now!" And they were like "huh?" But they took the opportunity and did it. Still, if either JK or JM didn't agree, none of it could have happened.

JK is the only one who gave us Jikook content this year, and he did so willingly, completely unpromted. He may have met with Tae, just as friends do, but he never ever went out of his way in any shape or form to show how much he missed Tae or how much he supported his solo endeavors.

In this most recent Suchwita episode, JK sat next to Tae and didn't even once look at him with heart eyes or showed any reaction other than friendly talking. I guarantee you, had this been JM, we would have seen a completely different JK today. The energy would have been completely different.

I don't know why so many people are obsessed with painting JK as the villain, when all he's done this past year is to beg JM to come to him.

It's not his fault that people hate JM and would jump on any opportunity to slander him.

Jimin & JK and their NY trip

Since I am already seeing sooo many people talking about the Jikook NY trip being "a company trip," I want to briefly just point out some things.

1. The trip wasn't just for filming content.

Jimin has always been the most considerate member in general. He would never burden one of his friends during their busiest times and add stress to their schedules just to film content, even if the company pressured him. He would least of all do it to JK, whom he loves a lot and whose health he always worries over. JM would never go to NY just to bother JK with filming. He went because he wanted to see JK, and probably he had some other schedule himself. The content was filmed because there was an opportunity for it and the timing was right. That's it.

2. JK wasn't forced to do anything.

JK had previously agreed to film the show. He was just surprised with the timing. Jimin isn't the type of person to force his friends to do anything, least of all when they are busy. Do you people really think JM would go "Hey, JK, I know you are super busy right now, but I'm coming tomorrow, and you're filming with me!" ?! Also, JK himself is not a person who can be forced into things. Jungkook is a man who does what he wants. If he didn't want to film, he simply wouldn't! Especially during his overseas schedule. For this show to happen, both of them had agreed. They both wanted to see each other and didn't mind filming a show, so they did.

3. Filming content doesn't make the trip not special, or Jikook's interactions during it insincere.

Jimin could have filmed with anyone if he simply wanted content. He could have done it with Namjoon (who was not busy at the time). Or with Tae. Or with Suga. Or with anyone. But he didn't. He wanted to do it with JK, and they waited for the opportunity and time for it. They met, and they obviously had a great time. Just look at JK's mannerisms when he talked about the trip, the way he smiled, laughed, and he was so animated and happy just recalling it. Upto 2023, almost all the content we ever had was official, company content, like ITS, Bon Voyage, Memories, etc, but it was always genuine. We should be happy that they decided to film because they did it for us!
