ok SO !!!!! i have a Lot of headcanons brewing but i firmly believe Bido and Dol play cards together. I’m very sure Bido beats Dol every time, and Dol loses like, tragically. Like the worst hand anyone has ever seen.

Dolcetto isn’t bad at cards per se (though it would be funny if he was) he just… is terrible at lying and having a poker face.

honestly like. the ridiculousness of "the devils nest was a family so greed must have been the dad!!!" aside i simply cant imagine that greed would ever feel comfortable being seen as ANYBODYS dad. like without at least a whole lot of work unpacking the traumas. i dont think dad is a thing he would want to be. he can absolutely be caring (he does care so much) and even mentorly in his own weird greed way but if you called him dad-like hed look at you like you called him a fucking shit eating rat bastard

also all the teens in his life have parental issues already. their idea of a dad is ALSO "guy who doesnt give a shit about you". to them he is at best (in terms of nuclear family relationships) the Uncle Who Is Going Through It

See the fun thing about dolcetto is that he's probably pretty competent and skilled in the world of fighting but he somehow managed to exclusively encounter the top 0.1% of most powerful people in combat. Dude literally has to fight a suit of posessed armor with no stamina or sensation, an unassuming housewife who lifts bears for fun, and the superhuman fucking dictator who can see everybody's weakness. Maybe we should cut him some slack

Dolcetto sighed, attempting to slick some stray hairs back with one hand. The gel he used usually held all day--but Greed had put him to work redecorating The Nest for fall and Dol had, to put it plainly, worked his ass off. As soon as Greed had OK-ed the Nests slightly new look Dol hurried outside for a smoke break.

As soon as he was in one of the alleys by the Nest Dolcetto dug into a hidden pocket inside his keikogi and pulled out his pipe and matches, striking one quickly. He breathed in and exhaled upwards, craning his head to look up at the stars. It was an exceptionally clear night: the stars hung unobstructed in the black sky, with the moon appearing to be in waxing crescent.

"Hmm..."

He glanced to the roof of The Nest, squinting his eyes as he tried to see if his friend, Timaeus, was stargazing on it.

"Timaeus? Y' up there?"

hello!!! i am so sorry i was gone for a really long time (Things Happened) but I really missed this blog and so i am back!! and going to try my hardest to regularly check it and respond to people!!!!
