ok i've had discussions and have settled on naming her ivyfrost <3 i like this bc it represents her "frosty" demeanor she has, how she's kinda bitter and cold. and her sharing a name with hawkfrost makes for an added layer to her time in the dark forest and her relationship to him.

also i had already decided in this au that post oots she'd change her name and there's no name she'd want to change more than -frost. so post oots is when she'd be named ivypool.

first she is cold, frosted over, closed off. but over time she melts, she heals, she warms up to others. the frost melts into a pool of water

this arc legitimately should have only been from frostpaw's pov, everything happening in thunderclan could be explained in the ivypool super edition, shadowclan being so entangled with riverclan would be enough to flesh out the things that are going on there. like sunbeam and nightheart mean nothing and add nothing, why are they here??????
