This one took me a minute, but here is my second cc collection! Ever wished your Sims had the perfect book to complement their self-care vibes, but the books in game didn't match the aesthetic? Well, this cc is for you! Zen Pages introduces 18 self-care/self-improvement books, covering everything from skincare secrets to mastering the art of setting boundaries, to inner peace to faith. This also comes with 4 functional self-care workbooks. Watch as your Sims reach new levels of tranquility and inner peace! ♡

These books are categorized as Emotional. You should be able to purchase them from the bookshelf and the computer.

I also included 4 self-care workbooks for your Sims. They function as journals. ( NOTE: Parenthood is required for the workbooks to be functional.) Also, ATS4 private journal is needed for my workbooks to be functional. Workbook titles include:

I always wondered why there was a fashion district in San Myshuno, yet somehow we never got fashion outlets. Bummer right? Like, I want my Sims to experience the high fashion life of the city! That’s why I went ahead and put together this mini CC collection of deco signs and store fronts of luxurious fashion outlets in Simlish of course. 😉This was originally for my personal gameplay, but I figured, why not share it with you guys! So start saving those Simoleons and get your Sims ready to shop on March 1st with the Regal Retail collection!

Requires: EP03 — City Living for signs to work. The Storefronts should be base game compatible.

I was inspired too, by @aashwarr ‘s Ralph Lauren Build. This pack comes with 18 luxury storefront signs in grey and black. My favorite thing about them is the way they light up in the night!

It also comes with an accompanying storefront deco in black. Thanks to Simberlin for her texture I recolored. Check out her amazing storefronts here! The storefronts and signs work with bb.moveobjects on.
