some of my friends are enjoying the new chapters of their life. some is on chapter 4 some in their chapter 6.

and it hit me.

before i begin my stories i tend to wait. wait for the inspiration, the right moment, the right words, the right actions and the right time.

i am happy they are on their chapter 6s, with or without me.

but i am much happier to be waiting and not rushing to write one of the most exciting and hopefully, beautiful chapters of my life.

Alam mo when you graduated elementary and high school, they always said "Welcome to the real world!" after every speech. Na-porke totoong mundo na yung next step na pupuntahan natin. This just hit me. Time flies so fast that every frickin dream, hopes and passion is just getting real and real and real. It felt like na "Whoa! Shit. This is the real world." Oh fuck I’m 20

Okay. Hindi ito kaartehan, a lot of people may think na it is... but iba yung feeling pag 20 ka na. I remember last time, someone asks me kung ano problema, and I told him that I am a mess. Can’t-do-anything-mess, fuck-i-really-dont-care-mess and i-just-wanna-go-to-sleep-mess. And I think its bc I’m 20 na. It’s not a midlife crisis. It’s a thing where I’m all over the place. 20 is a place where everything is just so important- school, friends, family, lovelife. When you turn twenty, there is this sudden urge to be someone. To do something.  To go somewhere. Being 20 felt like such a strange place where I can’t blame all the shits I do bc I’m young, cos I am not anymore. And that’s the truth... all your life, every mistakes you made, masisisi mo sa iba, but when you turn 20. all you have to blame is yourself and your irresponsibility. Its’ not a midlife crisis, it’s a oh fck I’m 20 crisis

Survey

Nag survey kami kanina, 30/396 na nagawa namin. How cool is that? Ang masasabi ko lang, sobrang awkward mag pa survey.. I have to fake smile and pretend that I like people.. jk. Pero seryoso, ang awkward.. Imaginin niyo yung scene na.. “Kuya anong year niyo?” “First year” “Pwede pa survey?” TAPOS YUNG DEAD AIR NA MAG LOOLOOK AWAY YUNG TAO TAS ALAM KO SA SARILI KO NA NAHIHIYA/NAAWA LANG SIYA TUMANGGI TAPOS SASABIHIN KO “pls saglit lang naman” TAS PARANG NAPIPILITAN SILANG SUMAGOT NG “Sige ate.” KASI RAMDAM NILA NA DESPERADO NA KAMI.

Lesson learned.. Pag may lalapit sayo at mag papasurvey, buong puso niyo dapat tanggapin. Kasi pag kayo na magpapa survey, haha.. Karma bitch.

its kinda nice to talk or more like to cry to someone at 4 am about a book that you just finished reading, to woke him up and began complaining yet he still listens. he rumbles sleep moans and yet he still wants you to continue. it’s not just nice but insanely lovable.

ps. and their hey-please-don’t-wake-me-up voice over phone or even in person is damn sexy
