Are there any pics of Marie Valerie and her mom Sisi?
Photographs? No. Elisabeth was only photographed once in her entire life with her children, in this family picture taken in 1859:

The baby in her arms is Rudolf and the little girl next to her is Gisela.
Why did she never took pictures with her children again, not even with her adored Valerie, isn't known for certain, but the likely answer is that she didn't want to be portrayed as a mother. And in general Elisabeth liked to take pictures alone; the only people she posed with for a photoshoot (besides her in-laws in the photo above) were her siblings Helene and Karl Theodor.
But that doesn't mean that Elisabeth wasn't ever portrayed as a mother. It was still important to show off the Imperial Family, so despite not having cute family photoshoots like other royal families, plenty of paintings and drawings depicting a happy and harmonious family life were produced and distributed through out the empire, many which of course included Valerie:

These are just some exemple, there are plenty more like this. Interestingly Valerie was almost always placed next to her mother, perhaps as a convention since she was the youngest, but still whether it was on purpose or not these pictures all show how close mother and daughter were.

Elisabeth was born 24 December 1837 into the royal house of Wittlesbach. She enjoyed a relaxed childhood where she would often go out riding or hunting.
In 1854 she married her first cousin emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria. The couple had four children Sophia, who died at the age of two, Gisela, Rudolf and Marie Valerie. Elisabeth’s health would often suffer while she was in Austria and she would often travel to Hungary.
In 1889 her only son Rudolf committed murder-suicide with his mistress Mary Vetsera. She never fully recovered from the loss of her son and wore black from then on. After this she rarely returned to court and traveled widely.
Throughout her whole life she had an obsession with her looks and staying youthful and beautiful. She had a strict beauty and workout regime that she stuck to for her whole life.
In September 1898 she was traveling in Geneva when she on 10 September was killed by Luigi Lucheni. He wanted to kill the Duke of Orleans but he had already left. Instead he went for Elisabeth. He walked up to the empress and her lady in waiting, Countess Irma Sztáray de Sztára et Nagymihály, and pretended to stumble. He pushed a sharpened needle file into her body. After being stabbed Elisabeth collapsed and died on a boat a while later.
