tbh i don’t remember much about the flipline fandom in 2018,, i wasn’t really active yet bc for the time being i was fixed on something else

as for its activity now i’m really happy to see that there’s still interest! i don’t know about any discourse(tm) but i keep myself away from fandom drama as it is so w/e

i love to see others’ takes on every character, all the aus and next-gen stuff, all of that :) i’ve been in a lot of fandoms where oc/au stuff was kinda frowned upon but the flipline fandom seems to welcome that kind of thing much more and it’s such a relief
