I think it might be time to play some Zelda Breath of the Wild, but probably not the way it was intended to be played.  Why not try Master mode with all the DLC and all of the Amiibo benefits, even a full heart Wolf Link.

WiiU tutorial with pictures part 5 For a better understanding of the system I recommend you to try it out, it can be hard to understand the gameplay experience offered by this new system.  If you already own a Wii and games the WiiU is backwards compatible so you can transfer your save data and continue playing on the new system.  I hope this short tutorial helped some understand the WiiU a little better.  Happy gaming everyone.  #WiiU #Nintendo #tutorial #gaming #explained

WiiU tutorial with pictures part 4 Then there is the WiiU's Gamepad this is the main controller for the system and is included in the box.  The gamepad has a touchscreen that will feel a lot like the gameplay found on the 3DS but gives even more unique gameplay experiences when playing more than one player.  The number of players to play cooperative or competitive has been raised to five where for players use the TV for splitscreen while the fifth play using the gamepad.  The gamepad can even in some games be used as TV leaving the TV free for the rest of the family. #WiiU #Nintendo #tutorial #gaming #explained

I love the Lego Movie so much, and I connected with Unikitty’s thinly-veiled anger issues on a spiritual level, so I figured I’d make an animation out of the (clearly) most important character.

I was reading about the console market as it is here where I live PlayStation 4 has just (2 month ago) arrived and is hard to find in stock, Xbox One  won't be sold until the end of the year but some stores have imported machines in stock.
But where are the exclusive games? Knack, Killzone? Dead Rising 3 at least I find to be fun but come on. With a line up like this people can't complain about the WiiU.
Media is really trying hard to bring the WiiU in bad light. The console is nice most games gives the player the option how he or she wants to play Gamepad, Pro controller or Wii remote. The games for the machine where the developers went the extra step and optimized or at least utilized the unique features of the WiiU in some way gives the players a plus to have even the third party titles on this console.
Some examples so you understand what I mean: Splinter Cell: super fast switching between gadgets. Batman Arkham City: touch control menu and map, gyro for remote Batarangs.  Resident Evil Revelations: makes the game almost Identical of the 3DS. Rayman Legends: You actually can use Murphy  as intended.  Trine 2: Play as the Wizard. Darksiders 2: Change weapon in battle thanks to the touch screen.
If you get the chance try these things, sure some of these games have other problems but most of these are not because of the system it self, developer choice/ignorance is the WiiU biggest enemy in my point of view.
I played a lot on my PS3 until it broke, my Xbox 360 was the system for collecting dust in my house, the hole left by the PS3 got filled by my PC but even with all these choices of consoles I never can keep my hands of the WiiU or 3DS there is something so different in the gameplay experience that I don't want to miss.
If just developers learned the system and tried to think how the WiiU's unique features could get their game to shine, instead of just making a gimmick out of it. If you don't have any idea of how to use the gamepad in your game then don't just think of it as a pro controller, and if you find a nice use for the touch screen as inventory/map or ingame companion control that's great.
I love to see how developers will use this gamepad in the future, Nintendo them self makes great use of it and even sometimes don't to show others that your not forced to use it if you don't want to. And the media twist this into new like there will come a WiiU without the gamepad, hilarious! But this kind of ignorance is also scary.
These where my random thoughts this night, take care and try to keep an open mind...
