Workout I did today. I DID NOT do the extra credit. Felt like I ate a lot b/ c I' m hungry. Just got done doing this and it is 2100 hours ( 9 p.m.). My ass is killing me!!! On fire!!!! It is all free on youtube, and no equipment needed. Love you all. Stay strong ❤️

Yesterdays food intake. Worked out. Had trouble gauging my bedtime hunger levels. Crossing my fingers I lose weight. See, for me is the issue where a day like yesterday triggers me to restrict more. Then I might binge.
I had a stressful work day where I thought I missed out on a bonus and cried but later learned I did not. All this pressure to move up in your career. A barn with no roof with vines growing up its contents. Peeling paint on the garage and porch. Piles of dishes and laundry. Two stressed out parents. The cost of living sky rocketed...
Stay strong and true to your goals.

Ok Wednesday night...posting for Tuesday, no take back-ies. Yeah, I am not starving. You see, we are just seesawing between types of misery. Miserable, hungry, low blood sugar, shaky, cold, and brain fog. Or out of control, bloated, logy, and wracked with guilt. Cycling...and the little progress we make brings only brief relief before the next few pounds ( or kilograms). Sometimes I believe one can get in the zone, starve for months....
I need balance. Even stimulants cause starve/ binge cycle when I want consistent moderately low( 900- 1500 calories). We need to keep are head in the game!!! I want to be comfortable in my skin for once!!!! I've hated my body for years.
I'm training fir a mud run. If I restrict, I lose ( with side effects of psychological distress). When I train, I am often overwhelmed by hunger. So for me, I am just striving, striving for a medium that I can maintain.

istg if this doesn't do anything imma kill someone, btw if your weight goes up on the scale after working out, thats good! It's your muscles flaring and that means it's working to burn fat

I have not been able to remember to record my food. I am really hoping to make June my month. June 25th I am doing a mud run. I started some light training yesterday. Fitness Blender will whip you into shape. Stay strong.

Woke up felling real sad this morning. Just remembering a painful situation where I got my feelings hurt trying to connect with someone who didn't want to. When you go from wondering if this person likes me and trying to get them to like you to the harsh realization of their actions that you know most definitely they do not like you. It just hurts. Trying to give this pain to God today. Love you all stay safe.
