feels soooo cool to officially be a prime example of my peers' insult of choice!!! (i have a 20th percentile processing speed according to the wais-iv and am therefore decidedly "slow." doesn't make me feel stupid at all!)

#it works for me personally but i don't do it in the “proper” way #i just say i'm gonna use it and then keep working through the breaks. it helps me to get focused and then i don't use it past that #interrupting a task is basically a guarantee that i'm not going to finish it that day so short breaks are usually counterproductive for me #i also use it as kind of a time check so i'll end up taking a longer break once it seems right #so this isn't really using it but whatever
