I lost 7 lb in 3 days (went from 10st11 to 10st4lb) I did a 3 day juice-tox (nothing but veg juice & small bit o fruit juice) for 3 days. I felt AMAZING afterwards, literally felt like I was BUZZING so full of energy, so happy. I suffer from the blues and literally had never felt that GREAT before - the weightloss is just an added bonus! And had a want to be more healthy after da juice. During the juice sometimes I felt lethargic and had cravings but overall so worth it for this happiness, health and weightloss. I am on day 1 of my second 3 day juice now and LOVING IT. Juice-st do it!
