My migraine lastes for 2 hours which is a slight improvement! For supper I had a pork chop and some assorted fruit and veggies.

Took my first dose of topiramate at 10pm, fell asleep at 1am and slept until 12pm- a total 10 hours of sleep (better sleep than most nights)
Barely any hunger- I ate a few pitted cherrys, 4 protien cookies and a piece of toast eventually for lunch at around 1pm.
