the wait "15-minutes" rule is honestly so true.
went to my dining hall this morning, and wasn't feeling too hungry but i just had this craving for food. i grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down at a table and sipped on it for 15-minutes. by the end of it i genuinely wasn't hungry anymore.
honestly, sitting around food helped too. it was more of a challenge but that made it more achievable for some reason.
