Just need to learn to filter what comes out of my mouth.” She walked along with her, “So, what prompted the baking?”

Camilla laughed. “No, you don’t. If you do– well, I’m even worse at cooking than I thought.” Starting to the exit, she shook her head, “No, a cake works. I’ve had enough dough today.” And she hadn’t even ate any. Raising an eyebrow at her question, she tilted her head, “Are you okay there?”

She opened her eyes and inclined her head toward the exit, “We’re buying you a cake, come on.” She rethought and then corrected herself, “I mean we’re buying you whatever...that was meant to be? Oh my God, what’s wrong with me?”

“A ca–” She started, meeting Jersey’s eyes with a laugh. “No, it wasn’t supposed to be– actually… maybe buying cake is a better idea.”

The station was looming in front of them soon enough. “We get in, contact the chopper and get out through the air vents. Totally simple...except not at all. Good luck!”

“Yeah. It’s not one of the best ideas I had.” She shrugged as she continued running. She just sprayed the zombies with the alcohol she had in her pocket. “Faster!”

“You were...going to carry a table with you?” Jersey asked, a little perplexed. She ran with her, really pushing herself as the zombies sprinted after them. They were running as the announcement came to go to the radio station, “Right, the station. Let’s go!”

“We’re supposed to make a run for it though, right?” she asked, wondering if that was even right, the brunette was doubting herself a lot lately. She flinched at the sound of roars, “Oh shit, shall we?” she began to move away, waiting for Madi to follow.

“In my defense, I was supposed to move this table somewhere hidden until I heard you walking.” Madison smiled at the girl she was with before looking around. She didn’t see any other survivors or zombies. “One last push. I don’t think this table will hide both of us though.”
