Jeepney
Sharing my outfit photos wearing the piece that I won from Jeffrey Rogador’s contest which makes for a great street style look!
Raglan sweatshirt, Jeffrey Rogador x Folded and Hung; Joggers, Folded and Hung;
I am a sucker for bold pieces, most especially for loud prints. This sweatshirt is amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for having this! On another note, I love the fit of these joggers, it doesn’t look baggy at all unlike other joggers.
Eyewear, Eastwood Tiangge
Thought blue would add a burst of color for a black-white-gray outfit!
Cap, Penshoppe
High cut shoes, Human
These shoes are my new favorite, I am so in love with it! I love its texture and design, very stylish and composed!

Globe Slipstream 2.0
Hola! I got to attend Globe Slipstream on it’s second year! It feels so amazing to have been chosen as one of the winners again this year given the chance to meet Marlon Stockinger! GLOBE IS AWESOME thank you, thank you!
Before I go about sharing some of my photos from the event, let me first share about my outfit that day!
Warning: Long post, lots of photos ahead!
Denim vest and leggings, Eastwood Tiangge; Bag, Rebel Gear
I always love to be in street style outfits. And I think this outfit is just fitting for the event as the activities are outdoors, in different places. There’s a lot of walking and sun exposure, good thing my outfit is pretty convenient.
Eyewear, River Island
I was actually kind of tempted to cut a strip or two to create larger openings.
Boots, People are People
And here we are at the most exciting part!!! AHH, seeing Marlon Stockinger again in person is just incredibly amazing. In case you do not know, Marlon Stockinger is a Filipino-Swiss Junior F1 Lotus Racer who has won hearts of many fans here and abroad.
Finally got to have a photo taken with his race car!
Getting to hear Marlon’s voice while being interviewed is such an awesome experience!
Marlon loves kids! Or so I’ve observed. This photo is just totally cute!
Seeing Marlon in action is a total win in itself, I am still thrilled at this very moment!

JPNY Collection Fashion Show
Finally getting to share my piece of coverage from Jeffrey Rogador’s JPNY Collection Fashion Show held last June 14 at SM City BF Paranaque. Jeffrey Rogador is a well-known Filipino designer and I am a super fan of his graffiti pieces that showcase places in the country and the iconic jeepney word itself.
Luckily, I was one of the chosen winners from his Instagram contest wherein I submitted a photo of me wearing a JPNY piece. This event was a day after Philippine Fashion Week Holiday Day 2 where I also got to see Jeffrey Rogador’s amazing collection and I was totally thrilled when I received a DM that I won gift packs and to attend the show!
Here are some of the photos I’ve taken, couldn’t be more proud to be a Filipino upon seeing these pieces!

White State of Mind
Posting the photos of this outfit just now! I wore this to Nigel Barker’s Models of Influence Book Signing Event last May 31. Yes! Nigel Barker - world-famous photographer and former judge in America’s Next Top Model!
Blazer, Markus (The SM Store); Inner tank top, Thrifted;
Days before the event, I was actually planning to pull off a vintage look, with a paisley-print button down but I changed my mind and opted for a clean and relaxed look. I also thought it was kind of fitting? because I wore it on a Sunday?
Eyewear, Cotton On
I incorporated loud details but a minimum level.
Pants, Forever 21
Whoopdeedoo~ I love pieces with cuts on it! It helps to make the outfit look more fun and eazy-breezy.
Mandals, bought from a bazaar (Marikina-made);
I love love love this! The color is pretty chic as well.
Now to briefly share about the event, I was actually the first to register? Yes, because I was so excited for this and yea it’s a dream come true for me! I was also able to meet new people in the event who are very awesome in their own fashion leagues so to speak.
The event was hosted by Joey Mead King, Asia’s Next Top Model Judge and Model Mentor. I am a super fan of Joey and wow I actually got to speak with her before the event started! It just felt so surreal!
In the program, Nigel talked about the book, his inspirations behind it and stories about his career from modeling to photography. There was a Q&A session after and I got to ask him the question - among the models you have shot, who is your favorite? He said that he likes Taylor Swift and how she takes good and dynamic photos.
Photo and book signing time!
SO HAPPY to have posed for a photo with Joey! Ah, she’s the best!

NY
Hello! Admittedly, I have a lot of backlogs again! I have been super busy last June (I think that’s still an understatement) and so to catch up with my blog, I’ll be posting the outfits that I have documented!
Mesh jersey top, Gift from Todd Anthony Tyler; Inner tank top, The SM Store; Shorts, Forever 21; Cap and eyewear, Penshoppe;
Can I just say that until now I still couldn’t believe that Todd Anthony Tyler sent me this piece all the way from Canada. Yes people, he is the international fashion photographer, resident judge and photographer in Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 1 and Fit for Fashion TV that I have been talking about SINCE FOREVER. I am such a SUPER FAN and ahh this is just so awesome! Thank you so much Todd!
As for the outfit, days before I was totally keen on putting on a military-ish kind of look again but this time I just mixed and matched military colors in this casually lax outfit.
Knee-high socks, The SM Store; Platform shoes, H&M
I’ve come to notice that platform shoes are still really trendy in Korea and being a big kPop fan that I am, I figured I should also give it a try!

Light
Attended my fashion photography class that day in this outfit. After that class I have appreciated the concept of light even more, like how it can help build the mood and message of a photo. More importantly my understanding of the importance of putting fashion - clothes, accessories - in the center of every fashion photography shot has expanded. We were fortunate to have Sara Black as our lecturer, it was a very fulfilling session.
Jumper, Eastwood Tiangge; Shirt, Oxygen;
On a relevant note, this outfit is sooo light and comfy I wouldn’t mind being in jumpers everyday!
Putting my asian pose game on.
Ripped jeans skin is showing. Yeah that was obligatory.
Mandals, Eastwood Tiangge; Socks, Topman;
I’ve always wanted to try wearing socks with sandals and this time I did it with bold printed socks! I love love love geometric prints.

Prime Red
Wore this outfit to fashion styling class. Best part of it is that we were beyond lucky to have Liz Uy as our lecturer! I really learned a lot and I look forward to somehow be able to experience styling - especially for an editorial.
Anyway, I was only able to have my outfit documented after my class so there you go with a dark background. Haha. It all started with me waking up late (I just had to give that to myself after a long and stressful week so... no regrets) and dressing up rather slooowly. Then I had to rush to the hotel to check in - pampering staycation was the best I could give to my mom this year for Mother’s Day and I hope I made her happy? Hashtag big kid goals. Haha! From then on I came to realize that Ortigas is not really near Makati... when the roads are jampacked. I was seriously pissed being in the car doing nothing, checking every social media account I have second after second. I still attended the class. But I had to face the fact that I got late - for an hour. A freaking hour. Good thing that I was still able to enter as Liz discussed the first parts of the topics. AND there were two more people that arrived later than me. I felt like I redeemed myself at that time. JK.
Blazer, H&M; Sleeveless top, Topshop, Skinny jeans, Topman;
Red is actually my favorite color when I was little and now I gradually feel like I’m loving it again? (I like purple now.) I'm more of a bold-statement kind of person when it comes to styling so I personally think that this outfit is so me.
Eyewear, Sunnies Specs
Bag, H&M
Mandals, Milanos Shoes (The SM Store)
I am in love with these mandals!!! This will definitely NOT be the last time I’ll be wearing these!

Geometry Department
Finally got to update my blog again! May was totally awesome (well let’s just say the weekend parts of it), and I am so happy to share my experiences in the month that passed as I tell about the outfits that I was able to document!
Collared shirt and shorts, Penshoppe
Woke up early on a Sunday morning to watch the Pacquiao-Mayweather match over at Greenbelt (believe it or not I am a fan so yeah I just can’t do the actual boxing thing okay, haha). Weeks before this I have been super eager to try on the “co-ords” trend like the last time I remember being in matchy-matchy clothes was way back when I was three years old! I like patterns so this outfit was such an instant g for me!
Sunnies, Sunnies Studios
Compute for the total perimeter?
Shoes, Essential Sneaks by Penshoppe
Thanks for reading! More of my May outfits in the next posts!

Beach Please
Oh my, I haven’t really blogged for about a month. I guess I have been more active on Instagram? Lol. Nonetheless life’s been fun in the past couple of weeks what with my #birthdaymonth last April! To celebrate my day (two days after, actually) my mom and I went to Subic. I’ve been telling her that I really want to spend some time on the beach mainly because I know that it’s the perfect time to be in it and that the coming months are more likely to be busier than usual for me. It would be quite hard to go on a vacay like this again.
I wouldn’t be talking much in this post so yea here are the photos!
Light denim button down, shorts and watch, Penshoppe; Sleeveless top, Oxygen;
I’d have to say that this outfit is eazy breezy~ I wish I could wear this kind of outfit everyday! I was actually thinking of wearing floral printed button down as well but then I thought that it would look over the top if I did that so I settled with a light plain shirt instead.
I am so in love with this place <3 It’s at White Rock Beach Hotel & Waterpark. I totally had fun roaming around with so much freedom~
Strawhat, Bench; Eyewear, The SM Store; Bracelet, Rebel Gear
Beach please! Pun intended! Ahaha~
Flip flops, Bench
Till the next post!

Neon High
In this post I will be sharing about Day 4 of Manila Fashion Festival Fall/Winter 2015, particularly the afternoon shows. But first, let me talk about my look!
Long cardigan and Tank top, H&M; Pants, Seamstress;
I have always been inspired by Japanese fashion and for this look I chose to show my love for all things neon! I find neon really cute and whenever I wear neon elements I make sure that the other pieces are plain and of neutral colors. I really dream of walking the streets of Shibuya and Harajuku one day in a totally rad outfit! On another note, my pants here are actually from a cosplay costume I had years ago. I never really got to wear it though! It’s called a hakama , a type of traditional Japanese clothing. I had the length shortened to highlight my supah supah kawaii neon kicks!
Hat, Human
Eyewear, Forever 21; Spike bracelet, Gifted;
Neon hi-cut kicks, Human
Because of this event, I got reunited with my friend Kym and met a new friend - Angela! Here’s to attending more fashion shows soon with these lovely ladies!
The afternoon shows were graced by the collections of four amazing Filipino designers. Their works are just really amazing.
Banggo Niu
So happy to see Katarina Rodriguez from Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 2 walk down the runway!

Marsala and Shades of Gray
Hey there! So... I realized I haven’t blogged last March. Yikes. I was terribly busy with a lot of things but so far everything’s been pretty well with me and I have a couple of exciting plans for the coming days and months. On a side note, April just kicked in which means... IT’S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH! Lol! I am definitely hoping for positive vibes to come along. Universe, please? Haha.
Despite not being able to blog on time, I had the chance to go to Manila Fashion Festival Fall/Winter 2015. I was able to attend two days so yay!
This is the outfit I wore to Day 2, wherein I attended Preview Style Talks. Warning: This post is a bit photo-heavy so please bear with me?
Inner shirt, Forever 21; Blazer, 101 New York; Pants, H&M;
The title of this post is a complete take away from the caption of my #ootd post on IG that day. Marsala because I wanted to try my take on the pantone color of 2015 (it’s one of my favorite colors as well) and HAHA...yeah... Shades of Gray... just because I have been uber hooked with the movie. I’d stop from here because I might whimsically mention, y’know, NSFW things? HAHA! On a more serious note though, I put on two different shades of gray in this outfit, to kind of veer away a little bit (?) from the usual black tones that I often see in my wardrobe.
Eyewear, River Island
Socks, Iconic Socks (The SM Store); Shoes, H&M
I love love love these shoes! I was actually quite troubled on the process of shopping for “gray-related” pieces and I just happened to chance upon this pair while I was about to finish. It really is a lucky find!
I attended the afternoon sessions of Preview Style Talks and I definitely learned a lot. The first I was able to catch was the Fashion Editorial Styling talk by Daryl Chang, Fashion Director of Preview Magazine. It was nice to know the end-to-end process that goes along with styling - planning, sourcing, shooting and post-processing. I hope one day, I can see myself doing these things. *crosses fingers*
The next and last session I attended was about Building a Brand, featuring Jappy Gonzales, Managing Director of H&F Retail Concepts Inc. and Rissa Mananquil, Co-founder and partner of Happy Skin Cosmetics. The talks was moderated by Pauline Suaco-Juan, Editor In Chief of Preview Magazine.
Key takeaway from this talk is that it is important to have a vision to be able to launch a successful brand that continues to be aspirational and strategic.
After the talks I got to roam around and witness these lovely works from the great designers featured in Manila Fashion Festival Fall/Winter 2015.
Thanks for reading! Watch out for my next post about my Manila Fashion Festival F/W 2015 Day 4 look and experience !

What Colors Do You See
It's been about two days I think? since the whole debate about the "true colors" of a certain dress broke the internet. People are fighting between seeing blue & black and white & gold. I just find it super hilarious! Well, whatever the the colors really are, I'd have to share that it sort of got me inspired to put on the colors in this outfit. Yes, because I am also cray like that.
Pullover, Penshoppe; Shorts, Uniqlo;
I like the tri-tone thing going on in my pullover here. The challenge was to actually choose which colors to throw in to this outfit so that the elements are still cohesive.
Selby Sunnies, Sunnies Studios;
Small sling bag, Penshoppe;
Socks, Bench; Kicks, Reebok;
These kicks are worth calling "kicks" because it is kickin' cool! My bro got this for me from Singapore. It's just really awesome and I'm sure it's gonna be one of the pairs that I'll be wearing over and over again.
On another note, socks are so in nowadays, I wanna try wearing sandals with socks soon. I find it totally stylish.
Till the next post!

Hints of Contrast
I missed my mellow and pastel-themed photos so much! So yea, this outfit post will bring just that, oh colors and softness. It is love, folks. This look features hints of one of my favorite contrasting pairs of colors - orange and turquoise - over pale-colored pieces. I was trying to keep everything neat, chill and comfy-looking.
Shirt, Penshoppe; Distressed jeans, TANK (The SM Store);
Sunnies, Sunnies Studios; Belt, Bench;
The ripped details on the jeans make a really interesting statement along with the play of colors on my shirt. Both pieces, because of the design, kind of resembles a canvas where an abstract art has been applied to.
Sneakers, Essential Sneaks by Penshoppe
Till the next post!

Denim + Denim + Leather
Hello! Ohmygosh, I haven't really posted for a month. And what do I know, it's already March! I have been into a lot of stuff last February - both at work and "life" (yes, I'm really trying to pull myself together to get everything ~~balanced~~ y'know) - and overall, everything's been fun! This and the next outfit post were both shot last February by the way so... I can say that I haven't really neglected my blogging duties last month on that note eh? At least for the shooting part!
For the second time ever, I tried denim on denim... plus leather. I don't know about you but I find it really cool and street. It is a statement in itself, period. I incorporated black and white details to add to the boldness of the outfit.
Denim jacket with leather sleeves, Folded and Hung; Statement tank top, Oxygen;
I so love this tank top, I remember posting it on Instagram saying "Sorry not sorry." because I am just not sorry to be OD-ed by fashion. Never!
Belt, Human; Jeans, Vintage;
Yea, skull for the "biker effect". Just sayin'.
Sneaker wedges, C'NTRO by Centropelle

Team Todd
Thank God it's Saturday! I wouldn't really go into the details but this week I have been a little disappointed over things that I know I should have more control of. I'm trying to stay positive and blogging at this very moment is one of the few things that make me really happy. Anyway, here's a chill outfit that I wore last Sunday wearing the fourth shirt I designed for Todd Anthony Tyler!
Tee, Design by me | Airbrush print by Airmagination; Jeans, Bench
Weee! Among the four designs I created for Todd recently, I'd say this one's really my favorite! The print is inspired by the camera's aperture. I thought it was cool to incorporate a chrome feel to it so I went for it, and placed the Team Todd text over. I am one proud fan of Todd, and yes, you may call us Team Todd, Todd's Army or simply Todd's Supporters!
Cap, Penshoppe; Ashton Sunnies, Sunnies Studios
Watch, Penshoppe
Sneakers, Topman
These shoes are super comfortable! I so love walking in it, it would pretty much be my outfit staple for light days like this.
Thanks for reading! I am super excited to design another collection for Todd. Inspiration really does wonders! And as I have said in my previous posts, I wish I could give Todd shirts that have the prints I have designed for him. It makes me happy to be able to show my support for him even in the simplest ways that I can.

Statement
I have always been a sucker for garments that have a play of letters or words on it and going all out by combining bold pieces in one outfit is an even greater inclination of mine. But whenever I wear something that is detail-heavy, I always make it a point to neutralize the look by choosing a base hue such as black.
Shirt, Design by me | Printed by Transfer It
Happy to share the third shirt design I have created for Todd Anthony Tyler. As I have relayed in my previous posts, I have been a fan of Todd ever since I have seen him on Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 1 and so I have always been more inspired to live fashion and love photography because of him. Social media has been a great way for me to connect with Todd and up to this day I am so amazed by him for being so nice and generous in responding to us fans. He posts in his accounts a variety of helpful tips about photography, fitness and fashion. He also shares his wonderful works of art through online platforms. So yea! If ever you haven't followed him yet, make sure to check out @toddatyler on Instagram and Twitter!
Here's a close up shot of the print!
Spiked hat, Human; Sunglasses, Eastwood Bazaar
Spikes will always be one of my favorite elements, most especially when it is paired with black so this hat is love...
JPNY pants, Jeffrey Rogador X Folded and Hung
It feels so great to be wearing a piece that screams Pinoy pride. More importantly, knowing that it is made by a world class Filipino designer definitely inspired me. That's why when I learned that Folded and Hung released the JPNY Collection by Jeffrey Rogador, I just got super excited and rushed to the select branches that had it. I am certainly looking forward to see more of his designs soon and hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on them!
Leather and chain bracelet, Folded and Hung
Spiked shoes, People are People
