My mental health journey has gotten me quite far. 6years and counting of therapy sessions is an essential that I have never once regretted. I thank myself for putting in the hard work to be better. Battling my stubborn old self and try practicing mindfulness. Surrounding myself with wonderful people is one of the crucial key to get better. Honestly, without these people in my life, I don’t think I could have gotten out of my hole. Now I’m able to share my story on @channelnewsasia @viceasia, @thewhitebooksg, @mccysg, @projectbarebears and many more. I hope to educate and ease the stigmas. And hopefully, ONE DAY, seeing a doctor for mental health related issues will be treated like a common flu.
