do you ever feel like super hopeless after writing again after a huge break bc i am TRYING but i keep producing the worst combination of letters known to man please help

oh love i’m so sorry, i totally get what you mean. i haven’t finished or posted anything on ao3 since may 2020 and it’s been really frustrating for me. like if i could do it before why can’t i do it NOW??

keep plugging away at it, have a friend read it over if you need the motivation! i find that discussing my writing with fandom friends gets me excited to write again, and then i throw words on paper and go back to fix it all later. the first draft doesn’t have to be good, it just needs to get done!

SGSNJKNSJGNSNG okay I've been thinking about this for days because I don't even know where to start with this ship. Couple years ago Kuch made a comment about how some people (no names but heavy implication) didn't pull their weight after getting a hefty contract. And thus all the “Kuch hates Killer” memes were born (like so)

ANYWAY obviously Kuch/Killer had to be a ship and one of my mutuals riffs about it and wrote a fic and it’s sort of a running joke that they have a steamy relationship where Kuch bullies Killer relentlessly and puts a hit out on him periodically and that’s love ❤️ Killer genuinely thinks that Kuch is pretty awesome and Kuch thinks Killer is useless and also bad at sex but that’s kind of addictive in its own way

Pac Rim AU Sneak Peek

J.T. isn’t even looking at the Jaeger to figure out whether or not they can salvage her for future missions. He’s focused completely on the figure nearly crawling out of the Conn-Pod, a black-armored Ranger who needs to hold onto the sides of the door as he stumbles out.

The helmet visor opens, and Ryan immediately pukes onto the floor. He takes three more half-steps before his knees give out.

J.T. catches him, fingers scrabbling for the helmet release and yanking the helmet off when he finds the button. Bits of blood and vomit go flying.

“Ryan?”

Ryan looks up at him. His eyes are bloodshot, and there’s fresh blood pouring from his nose, over his mouth and chin and smearing into his skin where it had pooled against the helmet’s base. He looks a mess. It’s a shock to see him like this, when there’s normally not a hair out of place on his head.

“Get Derek,” Ryan chokes out, and his teeth are stained red.
