also life update but ive been weight training consistently (~3 times a week) for the past 2 months... before i only did cardio but i got sick of being skinny 😓 im finally getting some measure of definition on my arms, legs, and abs but NOT my back bc i only started working out back recently (crazy but i didnt know i was supposed to 💀). but stay updated for additional gains #fitness #influencer
update; i was! i went with bf to get his hair cut (turned out great) and then we went and ate this yum delicious chinese food and went grocery shopping (i got snacks and a small rice bowl and coffee) and then we went to da gym and i did back, abs, and light cardio AND i was way stronger than last time bcuz i went up a whole weight (12.5 to 22.5) in lat pulldowns ^_^ yippie!
i was so happy yesterday and i will be happy again today ^___^
