the most heartbreaking thing about this poor lil soul is the fact that it's very likely she was blinded from the flash.

and it makes me wonder if there is a chance she ends up being alive in new vegas, that as heartbroken as cooper would be, a part of him would be a bit relieved(?) because he wouldn't want her seeing him as some scary monster. let's be honest, his little girl is his world and the last thing he would ever want to do is scare her.

he might have hardened over the 200+ years he's been a ghoul, but he still holds his little girl very close to his heart. that much is obvious.

As much as a lot of that is true, I can understand why people are blaming Project SEKAI, there's just a lot going on with some parts of that fandom... Especially when it comes to the Cryptonloids themselves. Miku and the others have kind of been pushed aside in their own game, especially when some fans complain about them being in it in general — which is bizarre since it literally says "Hatsune Miku" in the title.

And when it comes to the songs on the game themselves, a lot of PS fans have been seriously kicking off at how raunchy some of the songs were, but tbh we've all known that a lot of Vocaloid songs can be quite sus for a veeeeery long time now. And the fact that some of the songs on this game where a Vocaloid has been used to cover has just sounded terrible ( peep the MEIKO cover of Hibana because that does NOT sound like MEIKO in the slightest wth ), so then there's been dogging on other fans just because some of the covers are crap.

When it comes to the two fandoms warring with each other, I think this was the final straw for it to get a little bit crazy. I mean, PD has been on the go ever since 2009 and when PS dropped, they stopped bothering with PD and began to put less and less effort into games. And by getting rid of PD, they've taken the experience away from a very big fanbase to focus on something smaller.

I feel like given the fact that because most PS fans have seriously kicked off in a big way, it's kind of understandable for the PD fans to feel the way they do. HOWEVER ultimately, this should all really be down to SEGA and the fact that they just disappoint everyone at the end of the day, I feel like everyone is mad at the wrong people.

There are rumors that Project Diva (vocaloid rhythm game), is officially ending.

While this is indeed really sad af, now people start to completely despise Project sekai, thinking that THIS game is the reason why "Vocaloids are falling down" or project diva dying bc of Sekai.

I do agree that what's happening with Project diva is terrible, but like...

When you say that Sekai is ruining vocaloid community, this is where you're completely wrong (at least in my opinion), so many popular producers, even underrated producers, EVEN THOSE PRODUCERS WHO WEREN'T ACTIVE FOR YEARS Come create songs for Sekai and get more attention and love from their songs.

Not to mention, I learned about Vocaloids's existence, songs and its history THANKS TO PJSEKAI.

Yeah being a pjsekai player really is terrible at this point....just let us enjoy the damn game for once

Project DIVA fans, can I be honest?

If SEGA themselves have actually said that they're no longer going to make Project DIVA games (I can't find proof anywhere so I'm not 100% sure whether this is true or not), then I genuinely cannot say I'm surprised.

I had a feeling this would happen ever since SEGA split the PD dev team into half a few years back due to apparent "budgeting issues", so I've sort of seen this coming a mile off and been waiting for it.

It's an absolute shame because I've spent over the past 10 years of my life playing the games, but you know, shit happens... I guess you could look at it this way though, us Crypton fans have a lot of good memories with the game series. I wouldn't have known what Vocaloid was without the Project DIVA Dreamy Theatre videos on YouTube, so these games mean an awful lot to me.

Thinking about it though, the only silver lining I can come up with is this means that we won't get half assed games like X and Mega Mix (for the switch). We all have our own opinions on these two, but for me X was just bad for a LOT of reasons, and Mega Mix was even worse because of how half assed it was. And the only saving grace about Mega Mix was that it was ported onto PC and people were able to mod it and turn it into a somewhat decent Miku game.

And do not even get me started on Project SEKAI....

But hey, you know how it is, SEGA are known to always make the most stupidest of decisions. I just hope they don't stop Crypton using their models for the Miku Expo, because the ones that aren't made by SEGA look horrible... I'm sorry but they do.
