Ok so I abandoned this a while ago 😅 oops. But I thought I'd give it another go. To up date my weight is now 15.01 stone or 95.3 kg so a little better then when I last updated this but still have more work to do.

Weekend weigh in
I'm now at 15.01 stone or 210 pounds. Meaning in 3 days I've lost 3 pounds.
Very happy with this but still have far to go.
