do you have any favorite hedric headcannons?
yes i do!!! let me take a deep breath because im going to do a long ass list but remember you asked for it :D
~ one time Harry tried Cedric's robes and it looked huge on him and Cedric laughed and said "Harry you look good in yellow"
~ Cedric's cleans Harry's glasses when there's smudges or finger prints on it. it bothers him when they're dirty
~ I like the idea of Cedric doodling. So he doodles little notes and drawings about Harry and blushes when Harry sees them
~ Cedric always offers him snacks and extra food because he notices that Harry's a bit thin and wants him big and strong like the good boyfriend he is
~ Cedric is scared of snakes but he slowly warms up to it because Harry can talk to them
~ They don't ride brooms together anymore because Harry likes to show Cedric his new stunts that nearly has him having a heart attack every time
~ Harry likes being carried. And loves that Cedric can do it easily. But secretly Cedric had to workout to do that lol
~ They have arguments about dumb stuff and both apologize differently. Cedric by buying flowers or gifts for him, while Harry stands outside his door, not sure what to say until Cedric opens the sorry and Harry blurts out his apology
~ Harry loves wearing Cedric’s sweaters. Cedric once in a while does wear Harry’s but it’s really tight. Not that Harry minds
~ Harry is very protective of Cedric and will fight anyone who bad mouths him. Cedric would be kinda the opposite, he’ll hex them discreetly if someone messes with Harry, not do a scene
~ Cedric likes to write poetry and his muse is Harry but is too embarrassed to show his boyfriend

PSA for Ao3 Users:
Be sure to check the URL before clicking on any site to go to Ao3. I noticed today when I searched via Google Chrome that there is a false Ao3 site that comes up as the first result.
It says archiveofour.net
When you go to it, it looks EXACTLY like Ao3, but it is NOT.
When I curiously tapped the search bar, a pop-up opened to direct me elsewhere. I believe this to be a spoof site for the purpose of either phishing or possibly hijacking PCs for mining bitcoin or some other malicious purpose.
I could be wrong. Perhaps it's a proxy site- but the fact that it redirected me to yet another suspicious-looking URL is alarming.
I let a few friends know, but it doesn't appear on every browser. @plague-of-insomnia mentioned using CC and Safari, and it didn't appear for them.
Ya'll be careful, and remember to always check the URL! At first glance, this spoof site is very convincing. If I had been half asleep, I may not have noticed it was different.
Please reblog to make your friends and other fic writers and readers aware!

Daniel smiled expectantly, looking around the small, maybe 200 capacity theatre. The seats and fixtures were of gleaming, almost golden wood in the half-gloom, and painted scrolls hung large in the background, more gold, with delicate designs of cranes and flowers contrasting. Daniel’s heart felt full, like it only ever did here in Japan. He’d arrived the day before but had spent a lot of it getting adjusted to the time difference, taking melatonin and trying to sleep. He had allowed himself one small trip out to a convenience store, getting some onigiri and canned coffee, and felt Tokyo’s thrumming, exciting pulse under his feet.

Poppy King (I’m obsessed, I told you)
O soft embalmer of the still midnight,
Shutting, with careful fingers and benign,
Our gloom-pleas’d eyes, embower’d from the light,
Enshaded in forgetfulness divine:
O soothest Sleep! if so it please thee, close
In midst of this thine hymn my willing eyes,
Or wait the “Amen,” ere thy poppy throws
Around my bed its lulling charities.
Then save me, or the passed day will shine
Upon my pillow, breeding many woes,—
Save me from curious Conscience, that still lords
Its strength for darkness, burrowing like a mole;
Turn the key deftly in the oiled wards,
And seal the hushed Casket of my Soul.
To Sleep - John Keats
