Def my new mantra. 💜 Let’s get real here for a quick second: we can’t be strong all of the time. It’s okay to not be okay. If I can be brutally honest with you, (I’m going to anyway) I spent most of my Sunday crying into a glass of wine on the couch. I wanted to write and I couldn’t write. I wanted to be productive and I couldn’t find a way to be productive. I wanted to enjoy my Sunday and for some reason I felt like I wasn’t allowed. It was such bullshit. But I knew that if I cried it out and let myself have my little tantrum, that I would feel better today. And I do. Some days are baby steps. And some days are no steps at all... but make sure you love yourself regardless. Rest if you need to. And send love into the universe. Stay home and order pizza. 🍕 Buy yourself flowers. 💐(I did.) Take a bubble bath. Drink wine. 🍷 Eat some chocolate. 🍫 But most importantly, don’t take any kind of shitty treatment. Ever. Not today or the other 364 days of the year. How you treat yourself and allow yourself to be treated sets the standard.
