I'm Maff! She/her // This is *someone's* shitpost blog. The Garfield strip represents my daily mood and the blue represents the ocean of bullshit you're about to drown in. Have a nice stay!
The whistle maker that made the first dogwhistle was truly a wild dude because I bet he thought something like "I'm gonna create the highest pitched whistle ever and it will be the most annoying thing in the world" and once he finished making it he blowed it but nothing happened yet the neighbours' dogs all went suddently apeshit and he realized at that moment that he both failed and succeeded at his objective
My body turns red (including clothes) as I fall in a perfect sideways motion to the floor, letting out a final hiss as I explode into dust, leaving only a few floating green orbs on the floor. Collecting them somehow makes your exp go down
The +18 restriction on media is obsolete and should be removed, by 15 most people with access to any form of media will already have been exposed to swearing, drug use, sex, and violence. Assuming otherwise and wanting to prevent their exposure to such things until they’re older is a fool’s errand.
The idea that a child must be kept pure and sheltered from the “evils of the world” until they can fend for themselves is idiotic and should be kept in the last century where it belongs, as it is literally harmful to development
I wanna know what the fUck is so bad about cursing that children can’t do it? I mean as far as I know it’s the best method I know for venting out my frustration in the least destructive possible manner. Do we perhaps need those words to be taboo in order for them to work? Will we invent new forbidden words if the ones we have now “lose their power”?
The weirdest shit is having to stop myself from repeating those behaviors because at some point it becomes so internalized that you have to be an asshole to younger people
not 2 be controversial on main but i think it’s pretty sad the first major generation to grow up online is projecting their adolescent self-hatred onto the “cringe” generation of tiktokkers
